thanks for stopping by mile high! i checked out your thread yesterday and it looks good. Im probably going to pick up a 24 or a 36 site ebb and grow for one side the next run.

and justin_credible, of course i will be scrubbing it, that damn can filter almost killed me trying to hang it up there.

Pictures are uploading now so i will have update pictures in a few minutes.

Everything is growing fast and green, there is one plant that is yellow as hell, but it was in pure coco and i was having issues. My mother plants are out growing my veg room, so i think i will just snag a bunch of clones off of them and throw them in 5 gallon buckets, and flower them.

I just have to finish running the ducting on the other side, im not sure if i want to suck or blow through the hoods. I kind of want to put the fan on the outside of the room and suck through, but i dont want any smells getting sucked in through the hoods.

im going to set up the timers and get these bitches to start putting out in just a few days! Should be fun. I hope they really produce. The power kush is probably the best plant in the whole room. Bushy as hell, nice dark green, and smells extremely fruity.

pics will be up as soon as they finish loading. thanks for stopping by! :tiphat:

Wow, with that much veg time 10 plants per light sounds pretty high. With a 2 week veg I could barely fit 9 of my plants in one 4X4 tray, so you might need to spread them out a bit. They should stop stretching by week 2-4 of flower though, depending on strain.

Oh, push air through hoods, never pull. Fans work better at pushing and as you mentioned, it's better to push cleaned/scrubbed air out of leaks than it is to suck in smelly/CO2 air (if using CO2.)

Yellowing in coco, common problem with coco, the medium absorbs a ridiculous amount of nutes when its new, leaving little for new plants. I had my ppm's up to 3800 once trying to get food into the roots. Yikes! I quit coco after a couple runs, just not as easy as soil and costs the same.

alright, so pushing it is. And yeah i transplanted them back into soil, i still have a couple in coco, but its just not very good. I put 27 plants in the other side and they are about 4-6 inches from touching each other. So hopefully they grow together and form a nice canopy. This is my first run here so im just going with what i think will work. I have like 20 smaller plants in there also, so i will compare the yield per light and the time saved to see how it does.

still trying to upload my pictures, keeps fucking 500 internal server error. So hopefully i will have them up soon. Thanks for stopping by!

I thought of this myself. I know that with my 99 after pro-longed veg I can only fit five under a light, and then that is still ALMOST too much for one light. Then again, mine are stationary.

I have a second system, just need to pick up the pots...plan on vegging in the other half of my room, then only switching inner pots into the flower room. Should have it up in 3-4 weeks.:jump:

just a couple quick shots of the side with 9 per light, the other side will have some smaller plants and some this size.

the ducting is bent like that because the fan is pushing through the hoods on this side. I gave them some extra ducting when i built the rooms, that way they would all be adjustable. But i might have to shorten them up to increase the efficiency of the fan.

i figured out how to post full size pictures so it will be a good show from here on out.

i was going to flip 12/12 tonight, but for some reason one of my timers isnt working, so i will get a new one wired in tomorrow and 12/12 will commence! :jump:

LOL!!!
It'll be a loooong time before I have cuts my own of dieselrella! But the seeds are on there way. Look for my first pics on the site when they arrive...most likely in her "lady-breeder" forum/nights-o-the round table discussion.
And 2nd, I did not know that I was so lucky to have a cut of c99??? A friend of mine stockpiles seeds...he hooked me up with growing knowledge and told me that this cut would not fail me no matter how many mistakes I made along the way. It roots incredibly easy, grows fast, and flowers fast; and on top of that...really gets me wasted!

Hey:wave:
Quick question mdk, are you thinking further on down the line of going in say; 10 mins before lights come on and showing us some "shots in the dark"? Some nice green pics?

Take it easy and good luck with it! Looks like a sweeeettt set-up 2! 2 sweet!

that is a good friend! Getting a good cut would be so much easier than ordering seeds, then growing the seeds for a month, sexing, and cloning. Maybe my state will go medical soon, that would be nice. Until that day im stuck ordering seeds.

I re wired a new timer today so today the lights go off in a few hours. I will take pictures of the side with smaller plants tonight right before the lights go on. If my pile of shit partner isn't there.

Yeah I didn't realize. And yes, he is a great friend.

Love what you got going on here. Clean and nicely executed set up.
Think I will stick around and watch the grass grow. If you reap what you sow, then this is gonna be one hell of a show.

How are you liking that "Happy frog"?

Spl1fftast1ck- thanks for stopping by! the more the merrier. And i honestly cant tell a difference from the happy frog to the ocean forest. Im pretty sure ocean forest is a hotter mix though, some of them got a little burn in the OF.

Damn, I'm glad you said that. I feel the same way, and I agree the OF does burn a lil hotter, seen it across the board. Then in steps Happy Frog and I keep looking for differences with none really to be found....until they got hit with their first round of nutes, problems, problems, problems. That was a while ago but I still try to figure out what happened, obviously you didn't have that problem so now I know where my fault lies. Its nice to eliminate one of the variables in this mystery of mine. Maybe I will give HF another chance.

Thanks for the feed back
