hey man. i think it is about time istart to setup that pc that i wanted to do lol. i think it will only be to keep mothers but maybe ill do some flowering in there. i dont think my 4sd will be coming. still hasnt been shipped so... i just need some help with the wiring for the pc. what kind of fixture do you use for the cfls. do they work with digital timers. i could prolly wire somethign to gether myself im jsut afraid of setting my house on fire lol
Awesome, a decent sized pc could be perfect bonsai mothers. I bought single base kits from lowes for $2 a piece.CFL's are a no no for digital timers, you will need a mechanical. I feel you on wiring can be intimidating but its really easy. Your 4sd will come, its seems you have to be twice as patient when ordering rez gear.

goddamn man. some killer genetics you be gettin lol. ill be kind enough to take any spare f2s off your hand ^^. that extrema is gonna be killller. i have also heard great things about godbud. i go on seedbay every day and i wanna buy everything but i cant afford anything. FML. my ballast shit out on me too. its switchable and the hps dont work on it right after i bought a new bulb. so i will be flowering with 800 wats of mh and 600 of hps. and yes goign bigger woudnt be a bad idea =D

good luck on the extrema grow, i wanna see the results on them since i just popped some of motarebel's heri and the main dude there's stuff in the indica mix pack. chose them over the extrema to get a pure heri for breedin some sick hybrids

Kannubis-Thanks bro, i dont know when ill run those extrema's but i think there gonna take back seat to those Sour Turbo's that were just release by mota at that same place.Goodluck with the mixed pack some stellar genetics, hope you find a keeper
Nem-Thanks bro. I ran galaxy digital ballast a few years back on a couple 600. After using those ill never by a 600w magnetic ballast again.Had some 1000w too, but the digital ballast werent a cost effective upgrade like it was for the 600.

great thread...I tried cfls but had crappy bud formation and eventually trashed the plants...but glad to see you had success, though I bet it would have been a lot quicker with a HPS...but good job regardless...I just ordered a bunch of LED pannels to add for suplimental light without extra heat...
NHMI-Thanks for stopping by. My buds fill in but they arent dense at all. I dont think CFL penetrate enough for dense buds like you get from a HPS, but they mature just the same, actually better under CFL because of the mixed spectrum. I would love to do a LED grow but price is too high for me, im looking into the PLL route.From what i can tell PLL do everything CFL's do but better. How man LED watts are you going to add, sounds interesting.

I checked my notes and i lost a week somewhere but this MOD bx is either 12 or 13 weeks. The calender says 12 weeks but my notes on here say 13. Fuck it

Well a few weeks back when i said feel sick, well i was fucked around. I had gotten a spider bite and it did me in pretty good.I was sick as hell, so sick that i couldnt properly tend to my crop. I had to lay there and say i hope they will be ok.Some weeks later this moment got me thinking. I do this for recreation, and i was sick and no quite dabilitated i didnt function well. It made me think of the real med patients out there and what it must be like if you trying to tend a garden and your illness sets in. I had to make myself smoke something so i could eat, and some people have to live like this day to day.
Cant win them all. 3 proper harvest and only 1 casualty.Still some life there so ill just reveg her and hope its the kill the second time around. Next week im going to shoot for a harvest window of the 31st as its full moon, harvested last batch on a full and the kali ambered up nicely. The Diesel is starting to turn purple again i guess it just does it, as it hasnt been dramatic temp change for a while now.
I have all OG, MOD bx, Kali Most(sativa) all reveging nicely. The KM sativa is already has new growth and its only been a week, wow. I may lose the Fat kali since she finished so early i didnt have a means of reveg so i left it in flowering watering, but i think its going to die.Its not biggie if i lose it as i like the sativa way better.I have more strains than space that i can run,been thinking about getting rubber maid setup with PLL going when i gets some extra $$$, more on that when we get to that point

Should have good results with black widow.I ordered from the bay and boo so i was hoping to get a pack of mandala from each, but oh well. I think thats my 4th pack of haze x sk so i think i need to run 1 sometime soon. If i had space i could run a decent selection out them
