Student who works from home and getting a part time job because I enjoy being productive and contributing.
Never been high before/at work or school. Never late to work. Never tardy for class.
Guy I worked with my last job said to me "I thought everyone who smoked pot was a lazy dumb ass... until I met you."
I can get high on my own time. I have respect for other people's time.
Every single person here knows if you called before work and told you boss "I'm skipping work to get high in the woods" YOU WOULD BE FIRED.
I just called my boss and said I don't feel like working today,,,,,just want to kick back with some nice bubble, go to the beach, enjoy some waves...when I phoned
my boss I got a busy signal, then I figured out it was because I was calling myself.

You inspired me to do the same...I just told myself that I need a day off...and I agreed with myself!!
Ismoketrees, I just called my boss and told him Im not coming in today because its nice and I wanna chill and get high. I called 12 minutes late to get credit for a paid day(have to call off 2 hours in advance) but he is still gonna hook me up and let me use a vacation, personal, or sick day, whatever I got available. How does that make you feel?
I'm an electrician and the supervisor of my shop smokes, I can pretty much guaruntee Im not the only one with a boss like this. Dude looks out for us on piss tests too. Don't be so jealous and such a stick in the mud, its a nice day. When you get seniority at a job, you gain things called personal/vacation hours you can use at any time with a 2 hour notice, which is the call off notice policy where I work. My wife is also union and has the same sort of policy and she is a nurse at an old folks home. She couldnt call off and say she was doing it to get high though probably, she couldnt get fired for it but it wouldnt be a good idea probly, doubt her boss is as cool as mine. You are pretty off base with a lot of your comments. Sounds like you are in a shitty situation, jobwise.

I do this as much as possible all summer long except I dont have to skip work. Nothin like sex in the good old outdoors while bein high!

I had to think about the jobs I've had where calling out would inconvenience someone else at work.. I haven't had one of those jobs since I was teens/early 20s. Food, labor, and construction. You gotta participate with your team. Thing is, those jobs go so much better when you're all a bit high. Now the sort of jobs I've had for the last while where I can call in 5 min before my shift or leave in the middle of the day... it's best not to be stoned here. (And yeah, I have an allotment of hours I can use like this throughout the year.)
I bet IST is working the first type of job, and not all his co-irkers smoke trees. That would be lame, and a real stickuptheass indeed. LOL

yeah he probably works at a fast food joint or something, he said he is a student, and being a student that has to work part-time you arent left with much but fast food or starbucks or some kind of manual labor. He probably got a real shitty job, lol.
