Although this guy seems like a nut job with the whole 9/11 conspiracy jive, people should shoot up places because of unjust laws. Sad American history is replaced by pacifism and a do nothing, neutered, male populace mentality.

Wonder what the American patriots would have said???.....

Several times even our own soldiers marched on Washington to shoot at them for not providing them with pay and food during the war for independence. And they went to Washington because they knew where the problem resided and how to get it fixed and they did get it fixed...new laws as a result were passed rather swiftly in comparison to today.



I know I will die shooting before I allow anyone or anything to break down my door and unjustly incarcerate me for the majority of my life for growing a damn plant that they have no right to tell me not to do. I have no problem taking the life of those that would take mine or enforce the power of those that wish to coerce and oppress me.

this is ridiculous. were not in the 1800's, or even 19's. There is a system and way to getting heard in this country. sure, its almost impossible. but killing is never the option. The only people affected by this are the poor family's of the officers.

That's *exactly* what I heard when I first encountered the story. It wasn't a major focus of the story, and it doesn't deserve to be, but it was mentioned.

I agree with the fact that the prohibition laws are harmful to the nation, but that doesn't excuse another right-wing domestic terrorist for shooting people (or flying their plane into people, etc., etc.)

The bigger picture...The peaceful mantra only goes so far and it stops when a gun is put to my head. You want to lay there and take the bullet have fun.

Even though this man was probably mentally unstable, it's not always the best option to blindly believe what the US government tells the public.

Anyone remember the Reichstag fire of WWII? A terrorist attack is the best way for a ruling government to seize absolute power.

We go from 9/11 to two different engagments that are not declared wars, and are coming up on their ten year anniversaries soon. What the hell is that BS? Its the war on terror? But where not actually at war you say?

We did train the Taliban with CIA operatives if people still remember that, who's to say they didn't plant the seed awhile back? Iran Contra proves we have to take everything with the US says with a grain of salt, obviously quite a few politicians are beyond corrupt by now, and pad their own pockets at our expense, millions upon millions of dollars in funds just go missing everyday in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. But are too lazy to read the laws being passed. I'm not saying the US planned 9/11, but it is certainly possible in the grand scheme of things it was instigated to give more power to the heads of state, Patriot law anyone? Guantanamo Bay? You obviously live in some fantasy world or tend to exaggerate things on an unreal level. I'm with nnep on this one... No justification for gunning people down, and I hate that this guy may be lumped into the pro-legalization group with myself and other peace loving people.

I want to see Mj legalized for sure, but ya know what? I can get it now and I can smoke it now and if our government is going to be a slave to their money and their guns than let them. If they want to lock me up for my little grow or for smoking a J then let them. I'm not doing anything wrong, and they are the criminals. If it is only ever me who believes that then so be it. My conscious is clean.

I'm reasonably sure Skip wasn't promoting the violence with his comment. I get it, it is his typical tag line. Skip is THE #1 MJ news hound here (or anywhere I imagine), so he gets my thanks, but to make a statement that seems to condone this sort of violence isn't something I personally want to see. Many people find these pages who aren't members by googling and something like that could confuse a person about the nonviolent war that most of us are waging.

When you lose 4 jobs in a row due to them closing as a result of mass financial corruption by our government, sinking the economy. And you no longer have a family because a member of big brother thought he deserved more of a cut on illegal business that shouldn't be illegal in the first place and took it upon himself to murder someone for that cut when refused of which would be divided amongst other lawyers, agents, and judges. He did 4 fucking years.

I don't live in a fantasy world, I am product of our governments legislation.

Would it not be for this endeavor, I would have never been able to afford to send my self to college for a chance to get out of this crazy life our government has made through stricture or to seek retribution against those that decimated my family. Before I started all of this I had no family, no where to go, and no financial support other than big brother to turn to. I have almost graduated now.

For those reasons I proudly wear my fathers belt buckle he handed to my mother the first time they took him away for something that does no harm to another.

And I will damn sure shoot first before I end up like him.

Government should be afraid of its people, not the other way around. The US government has created a complacent society where its citizens have become sheeple and willingly play by the unjust "rules" that ensure change will never occur and the powers that be can continue on as the masters of the universe. I salute this man and hope that many more soldiers come forward to fight this war the way it needs to be fought. Every day I wonder why there hasn't been any assassinations in California or Colorado yet. Take away a man's ability to support himself or his family and you take away his desire to live.
