Hey general thanks for stopping in man! I'll check your thread out for sure man
CMH requires a mag HPS ballast and it's basically an enhanced spectrum MH.. they are good lights but I am going to try using more HPS in flower. I would like to reserve CMH use for veg and supplemental flowering at this point.

I'm no expert on the CMH bulbs but anecdotal evidence would indicate that they sure grow crystally stanky herbs! I suspect that 4:5 cmh/hps ratio (800W of CMH for every 1KW of HPS) would be about right if you want the best of both worlds. I noticed the plants with the mixed spectrum/multiple points of light had the best development and barely stretched at all!
Whether it's better than straight HPS or MH or a combination of the two, I don't know. It certainly does the job.

Yeah man I remember when walkmans came out from sony it was the coolest shit since sliced bread!! I had a ton of Vinyl back then man those were the days... I remember dubbing so many records to cassette just so i could cruise around with tunes

I'm informally perpetual, I only flip plants when I have room which has become rather random, so they can be hard to track sometimes. I'd say that the ZV pictured above would be approx 5 weeks in, and the C99's I've only just flipped on the 9th. There's 12 of them in there

I love seeds whether i paid for them, got them free, or pluck them from a baggie of commercial buds! I got some really nice keepers from my bag seeds and it got me into growing, so I'll always love them! The only problem is I have so many seeds now I need help to grow them all out...

I'll be back in a little bit, just gonna go tend to the garden now. I'll take some photo's of the progression down there, C99's are looking good! The one SourP is coming down tonight, and I might do the FLO's as well. We'll see how it goes, I'm smoking SPG and SWT#3 tonight...

And while I had everything out I snapped a pic of the C99's by themselves. They are 3 weeks flowering tonight, and after this pic I fed them, moved a couple to adjust canopy, and pulled them out a bit more to give them more space.

I have a few more FLO's to trim tonight, I'm disappointed in how low the yield is but I think #2 might be worth keeping.. so far one plant off that mom has yielded 2x off what the rest are doing, and the buds are bigger too. I'm clearly still learning..
Well gonna hit some bongs then back to the grind..

Hey Sacko thanks dude it's fun making your own seeds! We had a blast testing them out and I learned a lot about the plant in the process

So I've just done a quick comparo with my flo yields.. I'm noticing that the yields from mother #2 are about 25-26% higher than the average of the rest of the run, I'll have to test that mother more in the future. Runner up is #5, it produced buds just as nice and also came in on the higher side of the averages. I can only blame myself for the poor yields, but I hope these numbers help me shed some light on which mothers to clone in the future..
