Alright lets get started Nicely lit and ready to start my thread for my bagseed Oregon Grape which I've heard from a few (not just on here) people came from a big outdoor batch of Oregon Grape and Nightshade. Now I don't know if this Nightshade is the one from Barney's Farm or a local variety. As most of you know I already grew this strain out and made a thread that made me look quite silly comparing it to Chem Dog. Well since that wasn't too great I'm trying again with this one and I have 2 gals in flower in week 5 or so in the CFL cab and a row of 3 I just flowered a few days ago. I'm using the Head Formula and straight coco and it's looking good so far. Now most of you that follow my stuff know I still had 4 seeds left from that bag of Oregon Grape, well I germinated them the other day and planted them night before last and 2 have broke through the top layer!!! This will be my thread to follow everything about these seeds and the pheno's I find in them. Hopefully folks follow this one more and hope I find shit as good or better than the first keeper Pheno A which is a favorite of mine right now. But we still have pheno's B C D and E and right now it's C and D that have popped out of the soil line looking strong too!

yea I will make some seeds if I find a good male in these 4 seeds and I plan to cross Pheno A with something after I run her more times and make sure she's totally stable ect but so far I HELLA like everything about her...

i always got better bud in washington, never the less What i got it was good,and back then only 50 a quart -purple and orange buds that would put me to sleep for three hours and BC bud was deep and cheap, mostly crap in my book but better than redbud , wich to my suprise none of the locals had ever heard of or seen, i was trading mexican imports for canadian imports and everyone was happy smokin sumthin diffrent.....

seeds out grow and out perform clones in almost every way imaginable.

It just seem to crazy when you add up how much one club makes on a good day just selling clones -most of witch are either mislabled or a really bad pheno of a really good strain makin most of the elite clone only's burried in a mountian of crap or full of problems straight from the mother plant ,slowing the growth and harming the harvest potential of your grow room.

however the gems are there and if you like seeds and or breeding then sum of those gems are around to start with.

another "my friend" story ......after a few runs with hsides purple desiel the grower acuired sum djshort flo pollen of packs of beans form the same club.
the result is a monster. Huge purple hashy skunky/catpiss/ connosuir strain that is done near 7 weeks indoors with mutilple buds that average 1ounce dry flowers each qp per plant, with a 14 day veg grown in soil beds. The original mother purple desiel from hside cannot keep up with size smell flavor yeild .
next test will be outside.....

Alright so my beans have popped through and are vegging I have decided to flower the girl of pheno A aka Shades of Grape and just take cuts off her before I flip her and make a new mom in a 2gal smart pot. Didn't care for the Bio Bizz coco it was in either but we'll all get to see how she does under HID!!

But here are some shots of the last girl I ran in my CFL cab with nutes a lil more dialed than the first time and she came out even better and was straight grapes after the cure!

peep the resin production on the very bottom popcorn nug! member she isn't frosty just average... I don't call that average on the bottom nug...

and here was a shot of a nug in the middle, the resin was even more with the nutes being right so I can't wait to see her fully done under my 400!!!

Thanks guys I'll post a pic of the seedlings soon they are looking good and one is already a fast lil fucker and looks like it will be sturdy.. I had 4 left that I germinated in toilet paper and all 4 cracked open with a lil tap root so I transplanted and 3 pop up through the soil over the next few days but the one cup just sat with no action going on so I checked it out and the seed seemed to rot in the coco? It was all mushy and the lil tap root died..

So I have 3 to play with and hoping for a bad ass male cuz Shades of Grape pheno is lovely and if these are better like the chems were I'll be one lucky grower!

Here's the last 3 out of 4 seeds for some reason the 4th didn't break the soil and when I dug it up it seemed to have rotted and the root tip went mushy cuz it germed fine...

here we have pheno A at 2.5-3 weeks I fucked up and didn't date the cup when I flowered em...

Well folks this strain amazes more and more seeing grown with the nutrients right!!! They color is coming betting and the resin is everywhere just as much as my favorite strains in my collection! Also stress tested her to see if she'd herm and NOPE! Revegged it to make sure it's cloneable which I already knew it was but it turned around pretty quick and the cuts have turned out to root faster than all my others! Oh did I mention it's looking like it's a MUTHAFUCKIN YIELDER!!! Oh my goodness that bitch in my tent is a monster and knowing it's going to fill in with buds like the one I'm about to show you makes me smile...

So far so good huh? Call me crazy but I think this shit holds it's own next to many strains that people go nuts for.. Also got a buddy that thinks my credibility is in question when it comes to strains now cuz I compared this to his beloved Mendo Purple strain not "Mendo Purps" but similar probably just a variation but yea I'll say it again too that this shit is just as fire as the SR71 PK too!!! Oh shit I MUST be nuts now right? LOL I think the pics speak for themselves and she's 19 days into flowering in the tent and the resin is coming out and smells SOOOOOOO grapey. I'm going to work on making a IBL version of this girl to get out to the community since I KNOW she's good meds since I've grown and smoked it a few times now and the last one was grow right and tasted REALLY sweet and had me lit!! I have 2 strains I'm looking for males in that would give me a nice purple male to use and will keep you all updated (those who care to follow) on the HID grow so folks can really see what she's all about which I believe she's gonna get purple and frosty as hell so until next HAPPY GROWING!!!!

Ok so here's the bitch I got going in my tent under a 400w HPS and was vegged under a 400w MH for 3 weeks maybe less..

looks like I've got 9 main cola's and plenty of lower buds coming to me I think it'll be a good 2-3 oz plant for sure maybe more..

Wow each day in the cfl cab it's getting better and better just making me feel like a junkie that stumbled across a pound of heroin!! I can't believe I found this lovely gem in a bag of decent buds! Funny thing about that sack I bought from SHHC in Sacramento was it was the first stuff we got from there cuz it was Moms B Day and we were poor. So when I found some shit that was just as nice as the more expensive shit just badly trimmed I had to surprise her with a 1/4 when she was expecting a 1/8.. Well thinking I found a spot that had GOOD shit for cheap each time I went back after that and looked at the $25 8ths the NEVER!!!! I mean NEVER looked as good as the Oregon Grape like they saw how having good shit like that for cheap kept me from buying the OG Kush for $55 and I ALWAYS looked at the $25 bags and to this day haven't found anything comparable for that price. Like the bag I got should've been $35-$40 or could've been IMO cuz the seeds were mostly in the one 8th... So yea get ready folks I got something real nice to bring to the community here in Cali and only ONE person other than me has this cut of Pheno A so it's not going to be easy to find and I'm not gonna hoard it like Headband was and some others I just wanted to MAKE SURE it was going to be worth people time and it is there's no doubt in my mind this is going to be the shit cats want in the next couple of years. So far it's everything a grower wants at least IMO, clones fast, thick stalks, good node placement,veg time is fast, resin is off the hook, smells sweet like purps should, turns purple faster than most, and it's a high yielder from what it's shown me. What is not to like about all that? Oh yea and SUPER EASY to grow! Does great for micro growers and looking to be great for HID guys with big rooms or small tents...

I can't WAIT to see what kind of progeny I get out of hitting this bitch and my Thunder Goo with pollen from a Arizona Iced Tea male or a Sugar Cane Kush male which I'm hoping for one of each like I said before in here or another thread. So far it looks like I got some indica dominant AIT's which is RARE from what I'm told as it was bred for the sativa traits so that will be awesome if I get a nice purple afghani stud in the beans I popped!!
