Did you read your own article? You say it is for switching back to standard coverage but the article says it is because they switched to unlimited coverage.

A rational person would put two and two together. They put this in place to prevent someone like Jerry Jones from withdrawing an enormous sum of cash, which all of it would be insured to be on the spot.

This is all going to take place over the next 5-6 years. It's such a slow process that's it has a normalizing effect.

Considering you don't know jack shit about what they teach in American schools, I will give you a quick lesson on what they teach about the Constitution of the United States.

When we moved back to standard FDIC coverage with most major banks in 2010, Citibank
decided to reclassify those accounts back to make them eligible again for promotional incentives.

The FDIC has $50 billion to cover $1 Trillion.

There are going to be bank runs when everyone realizes this is a big ponzi scam. The history books and the numbers guarantee it.

A lot of people are going to lose everything. With the numbers the way they are, Black Thursday 1929 will look like a walk in the park IMO.

Unfortunately if she were to start withdrawing, she might contribute to a run. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.

On average, banks keep about 6% of their accounts on hand. The rest is floating around in high-risk investments elsewhere.

It really is a big Ponzi Scheme.

No, please don't freak out. That's not what I'm trying to accomplish here lol.

I personally have liquidated my assets, paid off all debt, and have moved some money into a safe. Most of the money is still in the bank. I haven't decided what I'm going to do with my 401K yet.

I'm just saying be cognitive of the fact that bank runs happen in collapsing economies and keep a watchful eye out in the next 1-2 years.

We have the luxury of information at our fingertips. They did not in 1929.

One thing I think people overlook as an indicator of what is going on, is listening the lexicon (vocabulary) of the media, politicians, and institutions. ALL of them

What words are they using repeatably? What concepts are being repeated in speech and print and more importantly how does this lexicon differ from the many years you have been alive? All are little clues because these words and concepts are what will fill the pages of the history books written about us.

mark potok is a fucking idiot...the oathkeepers arent worried abuot "foreign soldiers and concentration camps"...its abuot the fucking government deciding to repeal the 2nd amendment and take away the right to bear arms.

if they did this, and it would be the spark to revolutionary war, the militia groups would not stand down to the US army or whoever the government sends to deal with them. it will be civil war. the government knows this, thats why they slowly try to chip away at rights instead of an outright ban. its obvious here in california, where they restrict us to 10 roung magazines and no full auto, obviously so that the police/army has more of an upperhand. in states like texas and the deep south, they will be in for a hurting because all those militia groups are made up of hardcore 2A'rs who hunt and target shoot allll the time...

So according to O'Reilly, individual rights that are supposed to be guaranteed by the Constitution are automatically invalidated and rendered null during a "declared emergency"...

I'll do some more research. From what I gather they are mostly opposed to Ex parte Milligan or the suspension of habeas corpus and the imposition of martial law, given a time the government feels it is necessary to release the military onto the population for whatever the deem a crisis.

Anyone watch the CNN cyber-warfare exercise? The entire panel of ex-top level bureaucrats where debating on how to impose martial law and get around Constitutional limits in order to respond to a crisis. The nonchalant manner in which it was discussed freaked me out a little bit to be honest.

The last time this happened in any real sense in the US was the Civil War. September 15, 1863 ordered by then sitting President Lincoln.

I guess the hater's don't want anyone speaking against the US Army roaming their streets and having complete domain over them? They must really love our military lol.

Now you've got it.

The nifty part is, there is no "leadership" to answer to in this organization. This is no "Soldier's union". This group's existence is enough to raise awareness amongst armed personnel, and with that increased awareness, soldiers and police will do research to find out just what orders are unconstitutional, and what are not.

They will not look to the founders of the organization for a nod or a headshake in the face of orders, like many fear, they will use their own discretion and code of morals to make their own decisions.

People like Bill O'Reilly can't sleep knowing that there are people out there (With guns) capable of making decisions for themselves.

I hope they do. Then there really would be no threat. We are one gun-lovin' nation. Plus it would be easier (ethically speaking) to defend my Second Amendment rights against foreign occupation. We're probably better shots anyways, lol!
