Aerojet, pfffttt, just use botanicare trays and lids and make your own, cost you about 15% of your initial investment and you can customize/optimize it to fit your needs. Shit you could buy a super nice DeWalt drill and all the fixins' needed to build it for under 50% of those damn over-priced aerojet's.
Here's my system that I made for a lil over 150. Essentially the same exact system that they use to make their aerojet 4x2 tray. That they sell for 900 bones or sumthan crazy like that.
Here's an email from their rep over at botanicare after asking if I could make my standard 4x2 trays into aero units with the lids that they sell for the trays.
Thank you for the inquiry. We actually make a 2x4 Aerojet line of systems using these parts and thus far haven’t had any issue with leakage. The seal between the two is not a tight but the overlapping trim and recessed design allow for a breathable tray with no leakage providing that the manifold is designed properly. You can see an image of these units at www.americanagritech.com under both the hydrogardens tab and the plastics tab.

Nice. Oh yeah they are over priced, tho I did get mine at a really cheap price which is why I went that direction if the first place. I think I got mine for about 400.

yea man much cheaper to build yourself. but these aerojets are very well designed.
hows those buds coming bro? my tables are OUT OF CONTROL i wish i didnt give them any veg time. ima snap some pics for you later this week.

I HEAR YOU! Next time as soon as they take to their new environment it's 12/12 ASAP. For me I started to veg just under 10, they are about 14 now.
They are in week six, and I might flush them next week.
I posted this elsewhere, but should have posted here.
My grow, has clear visible seeds in the middle of week 5. No males have ever been in the house nor have I came in contact with them
I have three strains and all are showing some seeds. However the seeds are more in some areas and not in others. Some strains have more while others have less.
One strain I think is showing male traits and there might have been male pollen sacks that I can see little green almost leafs...
I need to take a pic but they are very small.
These strains that I have are in my buddies grow and none are doing this.
And to top it off he can not tell me what the strains are. He tells me that my plants look nothing like anything that he has. He is growing in soil with AN under 1k lights temp and Rh jump everywhere.
So what I am trying to say that we have the same plants in very different growing environments. And they do not look like anything he has.....
I did use Phoserload in weeks 3-4. Other then that just AN and stuff.
My temps are fairly constant, high in the mid 80's low in the high 60's and Rh from the 40's to 55.
So why did they go hermi or whatever on me. Now if it was one strain ok, but three different strains?
Did one pop pollen and knocked up my other girls?
I will get some pics, I still have no idea what happened.
id say it sounds like they hermied. could be the genetics all it takes is 1 flower...
yea man growth rates are insane. 1 of my tables sucked up 25gals over night!!! can u believe that? really weird... normally it takes 4-5 days to empty. ima have to setup a float valve. also the chem x sours are stretchers so i might have to supercrop.. ima get some fresh pics up for you later this week.

Yes I can, I lose about 2 gals a day and my dehumidifier pulls about 1gal.

Yeah of course! Except for two issues.
Bud rot and seeds! I lost two large colas due to bud rot. And one of my ladies turned hermi on me so there are seeds. Not sure how much.
Still trying to figure out why, neither of these have happened to me before.
