Txsbigtymer - WOW, what a setup you have there. Its gorgeous, but it'll be killer when those babies are all filled in. I've been toying the idea of hydro or aero for my next run at things. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on your grow here.

Keep up the awesome work!

Damn them bitches are fast! What size pump do you think I would need for a 12- 16 nozzle setup??

I was thinking on putting a 3 - 4 nozzle setup in 4 5 gal buckets..

I know they are growing like weeds.. Right. um not sure what to recommend. I bought this kit from Huge harvest and did some Major mods on it. I have 1 sprayer for each plant sight. It was originally set up with 1/2 PVC tubing. It come with a 633 pump. I changed the Dia. of the tubes with the sprayers to a smaller size for more equal pressure due to having the Rez alittle farther from the system. The pvc was 1/2 inch inner dia I went to some pvc that was 1/2 outer dia. and it worked awesome. When using the spray nozzles they will some times get clogged so when I do nute chanegs I use the shop vac on the lines to keep clean and I just started to use the filter bags around my pumps to prevent clogging. I will take some pics tomorrow if you like and post up to give you an idea if you like.

I dunno the more I read on this I think I'm setting to get myself the 330w UFO 630nm. Granted it doesn't stack up against the larger HID fixtures but I have a feeling about them. Besides, for the savings on energy maintanence, and supplimental equipment I feel like it's worth it even if that particular one doesn't produce, if for nothing else to put money into the market so they'll produce better ones.

That sounds good but make sure if you are using Leds for veg and flower you want the different color frequencies for all phases of growing. I highly recommend the the Hydro-Grow-Leds the second Generation lights. Just keep watching before you buy. just some friendly advice.. Read the update I am entering now.

Thanks for stopping by.

Wow these girls are growing right before my eyes. We are seeing and inch a day in growth now. This Rocks !!!!!:jump:

I also changed out and updated my reservoir. Pictures below:

I like this set better than the Botanicare 20 gal res. More room and better circulation in res. what you think?

Thanks until next time.

Thanks for sharing Pet Flora. What else do you do with a hobby..lol:jump: Don't be hatin bro.. i am wise in how I spend my money and nothing but the best. Because I can. Thank you very much.

Mr Organic

Thanks for the positive vibes. I checked my temp gun and the 126w show about 85 to 87 deg and the 318w shows about 89 to 94 deg. Not sure about the lights you are suggesting. I have grown with 1k, t5's and now LEDs..

Mr Wize Wizo

The lights are at 9 to 10 inches now ,they were 12inches yesterday morning. I got my humidifier at lowes, it works awesome for my set up. For this grow I have not had to use it yet due to the 29 to 39 % humiditiy factor. It is int the 49% now due to the rain the last couple of days.

And thanks everyone else for the kind words..

Me 'hatin'? No way: edumacatin! :dance013:

Synax- Thanks bud I appreciate it, it hard work and I enjoy it. Looking forward to the rewards, you know what I mean.

the_red_bull - Try to find a light with the red, blues and whtie, not the orange. I started out with the Blue 90w ufo for veg and cloning and it works great for that, then I tried the 120w red, blue, and orange it does okay then I added 2 4x4 t5's HO on the out side and put the 120w in the middle on a light mover real close to the canopy and it did very well. that seems to be a pretty good set up if you are on a tight budget.. let me know if I can be of any help. I don't know everything I am just a student of life and just learning as much as I can.

Grow on my brother..

Pet-Flora- I hear ya bud, and its all good my brother. I'll be watching your grow too. I am like a sponge trying to learn from everyone.. we are all works in progress my friend.

Peace!!!!!

bigbadwasg & Ohm's Law

Thanks for stopping by. That I am not sure this is a new strain I am working with, It is suppose to get huge. Only time will tell. From what they said about this strain it is growing very aggressively. I am impressed so far. The are drinking a gallon a day and growing an inch a day. I hope to impress with this grow. So we will see.

Well I was juts doing some research, I'd need a 1056 water pump to run 4 5Gal areo buckets.. But damn That's 70 Watts! Compared to the 8 Watts my Rena 400 air pump runs LOL!

Obviously it's worth it! I am gonna upgrade my DWC someday, last thing I gotta figure out is how I can keep a 70 Watt submersiable pump Stealthy Quiet. Lottsa dynamat??

Just curious why such a big pump for only 4 units.

What size rez are you using? a 5 gallon should work.
How many sprayers per bucket?

are you doing 1 plant per 5 gal bucket? if this the case 1 sprayer on each side of plant site is what I am thiniking.

I would think for that set up you could use the same pump as I am or a little smaller.
The 633 pushes the water up I believe about 18 to 20 inches into the manifold and feeds the four tubes.. the manifold is 1/2 inch PVC.. then into 1/2 outer DIA tubing for more spray pressure. Like you I am wanting a big dry space to let the roots grow as big as possible. the 5 gallon would work great.. Like your cloning system you have.. I am thinking about it. you need a rez than have the 5 gallons drain down to rez to feed pump.. a 5 gal rez would work okay but a 10 gal would work better IMO.

Let me know if I m on the same page brother. I have some ideas of what I think you want to accomplish. I like the way your thinking though.

Well i based that on this

http://cgi.ebay.com/AEROPONIC-clone...emQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1c0f1ffbdf

I agree though the mainfold needs brought up the side to spray the side of the net pot. Not underneath like this setup. I figured the 633 would work but since the plumbing will go through 4 seaperate buckets I though I better get the biger one. Ya know?

Now that you say I should only need 2 nozzles per plant, 633 would be enough for sure, maybe less.

I am going just one plant per 5gal bucket.

aww that is what inspired your cloner that is trick. what I hve seen done to is that like hard plastic type tubing for some drip systems is 1/2 inch and then use the 1/4 inch tubing coming in from either the top or sides, thinking top would work then having 1 on each side spraying the roots and as the plan grows you could keep one hi and drop the other low to get the bottom roots. I will go to store tomorrow and get some pics of what I am talking about that would be a trick set up then use the rubber grommet on the bottom with fitting to drain maybe leaving a 1/2" to an inch of solution on the bottom, and drain back to rez..

What do you think? I have a picture in my mind and that would be a trick and very affordable Aero system and it would take almost nothing to pump and pressurize the sprayers. I like that idea. WOW that rocks. that would be cheaper then buying all this PVC. just need to figure out what to use for rez. Nothing to tall but can hold 10 to 15 gallons for rez..

Check this out, for the pluming.

Then you plumb the 1/4 inch tube into the 1/2 tube then feed the tube into the lid of the 5 gal bucket then screw the desired spayer into the 1/4 inch tubing.

I think that would work... Brother thanks for the idea. this just might be in my next grow..something to think about..

Hope this helps.. or feeds the needs to grow.. you would have 5 gallon bucket of roots. Like the say more Roots more Fruits.
