Mendocino Madness outdoor reviews?

Im gonna be growing this outdoors this year and i was wondering if any one had any experience with the strain? If so some pics would be nice or just a general description of how the plant grows would also work. If you could include a smoke report and harvest date that would be an added bonus.

Thanks in advance!

Ha that's funny, I received my 1O pack of mendo madness from THSeeds today , and I definitely expect a lot from them :)

Phate you said most of yours finished by october... I thought they'd be done by early september.... What's the latitude of the place you grew them at?

I'm at 45°N in Europe, and they better be ready in september before the freakin hunters get wild...

I had some MM x Passion#1 indoor and outdoor last year. I think the MM is very racy sativa but a nice plant.

I have 2 packs on the way. I have some concern about my clone plan because ive read a couple of reports that suggested autoflowering tendencies and that its difficult to clone. Ive checked that out to the extent that I can. In an email from thseeds, they assured me that MM has no autoflowering tendencies.

Ive read a number of reviews and comments by a grower named " fast pine", and from those reports you can tell he is a skilled and experienced grower . He gives the strain high marks. His grow report is in the outdoor strain guide at the top of the page. I wish he would show up here and share his knowlege.

I need to know more about the plants finished height and yeild with a full season grow.

An old report in the OG strainguide said the strain wouldnt clone? I hope thats not true. Fast pine says he cloned his.

I dont know about taste, but reported potency was 1 of the main reasons i chose to grow MMadness this year. Every report ive read is 8+ or 9. Fast pine give it a good potency rating and says it saved his ass. He's not a newb.

How's the mendocino madness treating you OP? Should be a month from harvest if the breeders descriptions are correct...no?

I didn't even bother with it again this year.

Gotta bump this one more time, y'all seemed so excited about this strain from the breeders description. No one is running this strain? I would like to see some good results. Maybe give me inspiration to put the rest out next season.

In memory of FP (fast pine) here is some MM from his old pics he grew it in the High desert and loved it. He would have given you plenty of inspiration his threads rocked but they have been removed.

We miss you FP hope you out there some where in your Velcro tennis shoes in a big pile of bud.

Hamstring,

Thank you for that. I'm already trying to get next years lineup together. Staring at these beans thinking they may deserve another chance. Finally someone with some results to report.

I think I finally understand his issue with mold, those things are thick!

What type of finishing dates are you looking for??

FP grew it because of early frost in the high desert. I would agree there are better strains but the finish time I believe was Sept 15th or around there. He wanted a potent strain that harvested early. He didn’t have to worry about mold that’s one reason I never grew it I do.

What strains would you suggest in that harvest window always have my ears open?
