just got back today!! hope you guys are well...

Hope you had a great time Bro .

great post LBH  and i'm happy to say that i have a big bag of erdbei seeds!! only found out as i got back... :D
Great you have the bag of seeds

i traded them for a bunch of auto biddy x auto mtf, auto indi x auto mtf and auto biddy f2's i made earlier this year, to keep things clear... plus some other stuff... hopefully LBH will keep doing some good work for us (including an auto haze project, which has some zedhead genetics in it!!), as his goals are similar i.e. growing outdoor in tough conditions!! welcome...

i planning too cross the auto biddy f2's i got from you with my F1 cross of Autoflowering Haze X Biddy Early

im now crosseing my Autoflowering Haze with zedhead genetics in it!!),
back too Oldtimers Haze so hope too have this summer some Killer Autoflowering Haze:dance013:

pulled out the jars, and oh MAAAN! 6 weeks cure is some kick ass shit... only smoked the sensi star x lebcheese, and almost all the 'green' flavour is out... pure candy sweetness... and excellent stone... everything else was smelling great too... (when doesn't it!! :D)

sound jummie:smokeit:

my seed collection mission was kinda good... i have a lot of 'standard' swazi seeds, as well as a smallish selection of 2 other strains, some from the swazi 'rooibard' bud pic (there's contention elsewhere whether it's 'truly rooibard' or not... i'll let you know how that goes) and some from other potent swazi... a really nice spicy e.g. that puts you to rest if you don't concentrate!! no trankei :( although i did smoke some of 'the brain melter' - brain melting stone incase you didn't get it ;)... kept me aware of the true nature of transkei weed when you find the gem. THE BEST.

all THE BEST then...

-wam- :D

hope you can spare some beans for us:whistling:

Guy;s sorry for my Bad english hoop you dont mind posting here in this UK thread

Greetz wam and lbh! Harold, reading your plans has got me thinking i should make some more beans myself. I must dig out my autos and see what i can do with them when it gets a bit warmer. What did you think of the super skunk, mine tasted almost hazy, not skunky at all. It was ok but not what i wanted.
Good luck with your predators minime, they are meant to like vegging light times more than flowering! I had to nuke mine with chems in the end.

3 months, wow ive had that happen before, just kept on throwing out single leaves and singles calyxes... do you think it will be ok?

rampant nothing skunky with the superskunk (slight haze me thinks too), she smelled more in veg... mold magnet, for me. Ive started to feel the spot she was in, was a humid sump? next to a forest full of mold spores? ill never be sure if it was the site or the genetics? she produced dense buds though.

Hi Harold, funny thing is i only got mold on the super skunk last time grew it, the others were fine. It did produce very dense buds though and my venting ain't all that. Still not the delicious skunky taste i am craving though so i am gonna try and hunt down a clone. I think i made a few beans from her though and i just found some soma's sister x white force beans. Just found some auto's so i am gonna see what i can knock up this year with any luck.
Minime, if you dont mind chems go to b & q and buy some provado( i think thats the name), its about £7. Grow shop guy told me about it quietly one day. Only sprayed a few times, all gone and not come back. I tried all sorts of other ways, sprays, dipping the cuts but they always returned but i have been free of them for a long time now. Problem i have now is springtails in my flowering plants, damm things make my skin crawl.

cheers rampant will try that for sure --i dont mind chems at this stage--jut not near end of flowering----iv been pretty lucky so far--i did have a mite attack 2 years ago when i was doing a seed run --badly damaged every plant---but any thing that stops it ill try ----my friends got a hot box but the smell
of sulpher makes me feel physicaly sick---and just a hint of sulpher in a joint---ill throw the hole draw away

Rampant- I have seen 2 good ways of applying pollen to a branch without infecting the rest of the room. One was getting one of those paper sleeves you get with a beguette, tying one end with a twist stick to the branch, shake your pollen into the top then tying the end closed with another twist stick. The other was mixing the pollen with water then applying so that it doesnt go anywhere. Ive accidently left a male in there too long as one of the bananas have burst already, very annoyingly! :)

LBH- Thanks for the post, very informative. I'll give your method a go and see how it turns out! Ive really wanted to try pure oaxacan, I think oaxacan highland and viking are the bases of the Green ambassadors 'Purple Peace'- a vary nice sweet sativa, think I still have a load of seeds in the fridge, there is a huge variation though but when you get the right pheno it is a treat!

WAM- Hope you trip was good, a seed collecting mission is something Ive always wanted to do. Ive been really interested in South African landraces ever since I grew Durban skunk about 5 years ago. I was going to grow the pure Durban but have heard it did finish as well and the Seedsman durban wasnt that 'pure' as well as his Swazi Redbeard.
Heres a link that compare sensi seeds and dutch passion durbans-

Picture from L33t- the one on the right is Rooi bart, very sexy!

Heres a link everyone may like, its a programme on 'cannabis factories' in the UK. the bit about infra red cameras ten minutes in is pretty eye opening, I never knew they were that accurate and did fly overs that regularly! Take a look...

Hope everyone is well!
Got some treats growing indoors, I'll get some picks up in a bit. :)

Mites can be a proper pita, had to stop growing years ago cos i could not get rid of them. Preds aint cheap either. The worse thing was when i trimmed my weed they would crawl up my arms. Still better than a sulfur smell as you say.:smokeit:

Didn't know they did a spray aerosol mate, that's probably easier as you dont have to worry about chucking it away. I never saturated my plants with it, just sprayed the canopy and got out of the room asap. When you look in a microscope and see them all dead its a good feeling.:tumbleweed:

The problem being if you don't use a systemic they hide up somewhere in the house then come back a few weeks later. I had this really cool Hawaiian Palm which they attacked and eventually i had to chuck it out. I cleared the house of contaminated house plants and they have not returned for well over 6 months. When they were in flowering i used spray safe, which smells like orange concentrate. Its not oily and had no taste when i smoked them a few weeks later. Fairly sure its organic but pricey, about £15 a litre and you use it undiluted.
