The beating 34~3 (31 points) by the Vikes today was much more impressive than the 45~14 (31 points) Saints win, after all the Vikes kept them from even scoring a touchdown. I am impressed.

Ask any veteran coach or player 'defense' wins the game & especially in these bigger games, it did today for the Jets just as it did the week before. The Jets have the # 1 ranked defense in the NFL and I'm banking on that to win the AFC championship.

Check out the low over/under due again to that tough Jets D, the bookies are basing odds on the Jets defense. that in itself should tell you something.

I think Peyton Manning is in the zone and has a fast defense to back him up. Jets are playing with lots and lots of confidence right now. I like the way Rex play's the game. Maybe next year.

What a good day of football, Vikings destroy the Cowboys and the Jets beat the Chargers to go on to play the Colts! It'll be a tough game for the Jets, but hopefully they'll pull through and we can have Jets-Vikings super bowl!

it's gonna be sweet, the Jets had a real good look @ the Colts
in Decembers win even though the pony's pulled some players
early.

The Colts were easy enough to score on over the season, some opponents scores were: 23(Dolphins, a weak team); 31(Jaguars ~ cellar dwellers!); 17(Seahawks); 27(Texans); 34(Patriots)

the Pony's can and will be scored upon come Sunday.

The Jets will field the fiercest #1 rated defense that Rex Ryan (a defensive
genius) and Mike Pettine can muster. Look for a world class playoff game.

let's see....... last time the Jets played those ponies Manning managed a TD (xtra pt BLOCKED!) in the 1st & he got them close enough to score a field goal in the 2nd quarter, and although they pulled their offense early the JETS whupped up hard on their defense scoring 29 points

I'm sure we all enjoyed watching Favre's emotional press conference after they embarrassed the Cowboys.

I look forward to seeing him cry again after he looses to the Saints this weekend!!! Who Dat?! Brees is going to have to get rid of the ball fast to slow down that rush. I believe we will see another well called offensive game. That Vikings O and D line is f'ing badass though.

Colt's defense is really fast with good leverage. If Payton gets up on the Jets it going to be a tough for them to come back. The Colts are designed to rush the passer with a lead. Going to be a good game. I don't know if I can see the young Jets taking down Payton. Rex has his guys believing though. That's always dangerous.

OK....... you guys can see I like to up the trash talk just a little but
having two horses in the race is sorta fun this year, no disrespect to
the Colts as Manning is a great veteran, the Jets are going to have a
very tough game and team to deal with come Sunday.

Last week against the Chargers the Jets led the 11 Head to Head
stats 7 categories to 4 for the Chargers, I liked what I saw. This
week the stats are a bit different of course vs. the Colts.......

This week the Jets lead in the Head to Head stats 8 categories to 3 for the Colts.

Granted games aren't won on stats alone but I give it consideration
as stats are non biased. Mannings experience in the big game is the
biggest obstacle for the Jets period, the Jets are playing a very
