I hope you have money to spare.

I see it as you need to buy one month or move wholesale. Hire mexicans if you have to, they're illegal they just want to make some money (it's that or washing dishes). Try to buy some time for the Harvest ready, Don't Get Greedy. Get ready to move the mid-bloom and veg. All else fails, move the mid bloom and veg to lessen numbers (it is probably near impossible to move the harvest). Find a shitty place that is cheap and doesn't overlook the bay.

Of course, the first few times I had to lock the basement would have told me it is time to move.
And, paying 2500/mo on a 5000/mo mortgage would tell me it is time to move. If your rent is not covering the mortgage payment, what do you think is going to happen. It is an investment property, or you will one day get a 10min bank eviction by the sheriff b/c the landlord is deliquent on payments.

Don't fall in love with a house that you don't own.

Talk about a rock & a hard place. From the sound of it he needs to sell & the people investing are gonna need to see whole house at some point regardless. I cant really think of a way you put them off for 60 days (thats if he agrees to letting you stay for a further 60 days) From past experienceof living in a house where 3 bedrooms were in use & i slept downstairs, it would take atleast 3 days to empty the house & clear all signs of growing. Holes in the 3 bedroom ceilings i made to run the ducting through (1 of the rooms had 3 holes in it!) so moving everything out the house for the day aint gonna happen eithr.

I think your best bet is to phone your landlord up ASAP, get him round, tell him & comeup with a plan together on what to do. Do you think he will let you buy the house once he see`s you have a way to pay for it? You never know, the best people to know when you are growing are landlords, mine knew what we wanted to do before we moved in.

if you grow in a rented house then you've got to be prepared for the reality that you may need to rip it all down if you get a walkthrough. you may be a model tenant now but you wont be if you tell the landlorg what you are doing. if you make plenty of money from weed then you need to get rid, take this one on the chin and then try and buy the house or whatever.

dont let greed or arrogence be your downfall - of course you can rip it out and thats what you should do
if the guy is selling then this may happen every week for a while.

p.s. look into 'buy to let' or 'non status mortgage' in the uk these are ways to get a mortgage without proving your income. may be different over there.

wow!!! im really holding back but this is a forum and you did put yourself out here. Just like on jerry springer.
you are 100% just dumb! to think because your a model tenant and "he loves you".. This dude no matter how much his rent is and how desperate he is to sell. He DOES not, i repeat he DOES NOT want to lose his house cos you are using HIS house as a grow house and slanging right out of it.. DING DING HELLO!!?
It seems common sense is out the window here.. Bottom Line you need to Move! so this cat can sell his house and make his cash legitimately.. And you dont get your dumbass thrown in jail.. There i did this without using profanity... Good Luck!!! peace.

Edit: You My friend are flirting with disaster IMHO! again no offense, just my opinon..

Yep, this guy is right.

You need to follow Melvin Williams' rules for selling drugs.

Rule #1 Every stranger is the police.

Keep your mouth shut, rip down your grow and start again somewhere else.

Seems like a big PITA, but its a whole lot better than doing serious time in the joint, which is what you are looking at if the landlord tells the cops.

I think it's a bad move to keep those plants there and risk it because you cannot control his reaction. Also if you tell him, he is going to tell someone else even if it's not the cops. It's a well known fact that if you tell one person then eventually many people will know that you don't even know.

I agree with this idea. The number one rule is tell no one and the number two rule is refer to rule number one. It might be true that your landlord seems cool, but you don't know anybody he might talk to about your grow. What if he happens to mention something to someone who is already having legal trouble and they go looking for someone to squeal too so they can save their own ass. What if he has a wife/significant other who he talks to about what is going on in the house and they convince him to call the police because they heard that marijuana grows ruin houses. What if... What if... What if... The list goes on and on. One thing is for sure though: You can always grow more plants if you are free, but cultivation becomes more difficult when incarcerated.

You need confidence to survive. Cockiness gets you killed, or thrown in jail, or broke in the street, or etc. Live to fight another day. Good luck.

That doesn't happen any more unfortunately. Especially in this economy, but even before then, those type of mortgages are very rare and almost impossible to land.

If you have or can get a medical card and you live in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin or Sonoma county(where there is no plant limit), you should be safe legally. The investors and your landlord may not like it, but there's nothing the cops can do about it.

This is false, there are plant limits in all of those counties. Visit canorml.org for more info.

I just noticed this I cant even believe what I've read.Man if you think this guy likes you or whatever tenant status you may think you have is going to totally dematerialize when he sees what you've done.I hope I'm wrong but damn if that isn't just a little crazy.

Krunch, you are an inspiration!

DONT TELL HIM YOU ARE GROWING, OR SHOW YOUR GROW!!!!

the size of those fucking vert walls of weed you have would make anybody shit their pants, especially an old lebanese property owner. think of how it could play out:

best case: he doubles your rent. ouch.

worst case: he calls the cops. ouch.

most probable outcome: he either asks for a cut, or evicts you on the spot.

Krunch, i understand what you are going through... What i have done in the past is to allow the landlord to show the house, but lock the bedrooms that you are growing in. it is not the best option, but they can't say shit at the time, and will still get to see the house for the most part.

i mean, how much is there to see in an empty bedroom anyway? just tell them the dimensions, maybe show them a pic... not bad really.

tell them it's your girlfriend's and sister's rooms, they aren't home, and they keep their rooms locked. If your landlord's Lebanese he should understand, they tend to have many generations under one roof.

if he trips, tell him fuck off, and take your sweet time getting out of there.i dont' know about the bay , but in SC county it is usually 3-6 months before they can get a court order to evict you

hey Krunch, here's a thought. . . if you have had "close to 30 houses in 18 years", why not make #31 the best?

P.S. . if you have to tear down, i will take one of those asian kush moms off ur hands :)

Just dont make #31 the Big House. Sometimes you have to pull back for a minute so you can live to fight another day. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
