Looks good, especially the white and happy roots. What was your thought behind lowering the water level?

Peace and Merry Xmas to you and yours, :joint:

well i lowered the water because the girls were drowning the other day when i came home branches was hanging over all droopy looking , so i lowered the water a little and they got better in 30 min i figured it being that i had so much water in about 80 gals and not enough DO

Happy New year!

Happy New year!

HS: Thanks for the inspirational work.

New facility is up and running and feel its time for me to start doing some journal work myself.

I have to say I am very impressed with the UC system.

Those are 5" net pot lids. Did you request those lids or are they the new issue standard? Mine came with 8" net pots, but I'd prefer 10 - 11" net pots. I hope to see you start a journal and blow it up.

Peace, :joint:

They are the new issue standard 5.5" cups, my new system came with the new lids as well, they also replaced the 6" Air disc's with some cheapo 6" long air stones. I personally don't mind the 5.5" net cups, those pots take up less space in veg rigs so i'm cool with that. You need 10" Cups? Sounds like you growing some treees:xmastree: I'm not really sure why they replaced the disc's. What kind of air stones are you guys using in your UC's?

i use a cheap 6" stone in each bucket and replace with new stones every run

i need to find a good veg/nursery setup as well. putting 6 clones in the system and having 5 take sucks

Do the 6" stones that you use stay at the bottom of the bucket pretty well? I was curious to see if the current would pull them into the pvc piping. I haven't taken my 8XL completely out of the box yet but I am pretty stoked to use it here in a few runs:):smokeit::smokeit:

yeah they are fine; i broke one once when i was cleaning out the buckets after my first run; it got stuck under one of the pvc pipes and i snapped it off... wouldn't of happened if i spent 5 secs moving the airstone but live and learn. i was tossing it anyway so i didn't mind. i've seen that the newer units use black 1/4" airlines instead of the clear ones; less light leaks i suppose... wonder if i can source some of that locally for cheap

first off is the chillers do you use 1?
ive seen 4 or 5 dif threads on verti buckets the best was 42#10 plants.
what is your average per watt?
float valve every bucket?
whats your leaching regime weekly?
were exactly do you get those buckets?
danner brand is this canadian?
great work im watching allot of this type yours has superior quality buckets and clean fittings do yours over flow or gravity feed?

i use one chiller a 1/4 size

i dont have a average yet because this is the first grow in this system and room set up

leaching regime?? not sure what you mean...

float valve only in reservoir

got the buckets from home depot

im not sure if danner is canadian or not but google it it should come up "danner inline pump"

and the pump circulates the water and nutes thru the system

and thx again
