here's a little of what i've got going on:

the strain is esbe's ErdPurT x ARNE, under a 400w HPS, and they're at about 4 weeks of flowering! So they'll be done between Christmas and New Years!

Hey guys. I got a link from Vintner and an msg from Weld so here I am to say hello from the land of scrapple and bad football (but prolly better than yours) -- that would be EAGLES football, bb.

Straight from the bowels of the 150 club, it's me.

Here are some snaps of my first grow with some of the schwaggiest bagseed you have ever gotten your hands on. 50 a quarter from a guy who marks it up 200% kinda dirt. To my surprise the 10 beans I popped all came up! 5 and 5 is how they split and I got a sativa pheno in one of the girls. God knows how that one came about.

Just took the dom indica plant down 3 days ago and she is being prepped 2 diff ways to compare drying methods. Cannot wait for the sat pheno to complete. Smells like lemons. Hardcore.

Seeing what you guys are getting with higher lumens makes me want to jump to a 400. Dunno about all of that though...don't want elbows laying around...its all personal for me. I just put in a couple of winning bids on the 'bay here..."SF - LemonSkonk420 Nepal Snow (satori x white rhino x satori) and a breeder pack (SF mixed - 10 beans). I have a bid on some SE Chemchunk (chemstar x deepchunk) I hope to win. All 20 dollar auctions.

Suggestions on breeds for a low wattage n00b?

Not sure what you mean by "elbows", but IMHO don't be so quick to move up to a bigger bulb. You've already invested the $ and energy putting together your first grow. Spend some time getting your feet wet w/that 150. The quality genetics you've got coming will be a big help. Get used to growing. Learn how to root cuttings and to keep a small bonsai mother. Learn the value of LST, scrog, topping, super cropping, and find which works best for you and your set up. If it's all for you as you say, that little 150 should meet your needs after a few grows.
But FIRST & FOREMOST...RULE #1: Tell no one what you do! EVER!

Lets hope that with all the snooping the man is doing now-a-days that they understand better what the people want and will leave us harmless folks alone. Looks like the laws are heading that way.

I also picked up 150 #2. I know more lumens = denser buds so hopefully with 300 total watts I can be satified.

Thanks, Vintner...got my bubble cloner in use already for go #2 - 1st rooted clone went in soil 5 days ago. I am also revegging the indica I LST'd 1st take - would LOVE for someone to hook me up with SCROG 1st hand experience...seen a couple of tutorials and still don't quite get it.

With a board like this being successful is pretty easy as long as you take good notes off of the right ppl.

yo whats up guys everything is looking amazing love those silverdogs. haha i happened to stumble on some pics of the recent guerilla grow i did it started out with 2 nirvana ice and and unknown bagseed (when i bough it the dude said it was jack, but im skeptical). One of the ice plants died somehow but the other two flowered out, although they weren't very big. Anyway heres some pics. PS sorry the pics suck i am working on taking better pics and stay high my friends.

they were pretty nice the ice had a very energetic heady high as did the bagseed but the bagseed seemed a little more stoney and less heady than the ice...the trichs were mostly cloudy with some clear and some amber i would say like Clr/Cldy/Amb - 10/80/10 or something but yeah overall good smoke considering i maybe got like 10 grams off each plant.

well guys since you guys may be the only ones to give somewhat of a damn (lol), i have decided to stop my hydro grow and get back to organic soil.

its just not for me right now, and i can honestly say i understand why people say that NY has the best tap water around.

sorry 2 here u giving up on hydro i agree ny does have great water i miss my ny tap 130ppms 7.2 when i moved i had to go ro my water is disgusting out the tap almost solid lol not to funny though ever since i got a spectrapure ro filter im at 0ppms and 7.0 ph to start mixin with plants couldnt be happier best of luck with organic soil to each is own the best pot is grown the way the grower prefers doesnt matter soil or hydro thats the truth
