Oh Snap!! Apartment Inspections Soon..Trouble?

Okay, heres the situation...I was informed that we will be having apartment inspections starting tomorrow....the thing is, I have a plant very close to harvest..less than 2 weeks most likely...:yoinks:

I do have the option of hiding it at someone's house until the inspection is over...but I don't think I can mess with the light cycle right now..

or

I can hide it in my closet where it's at behind a blanket pinned to the walls covered with a trashbag on top and bottom to at least limit the smell...?..and air out the room somehow and get something different smelling in there..

Oh yeah..I am a legal MMJ user well under my limit of 6 total plants

put a black garbage bag over it and take it to your friends, or try and hide it in the back of your closet.

my landlords never snooped around my closets, if they got too close i let them know i did not appreciate their nosiness.

Nosiness isnt an issue.

You most likely signed away your privacy in the lease. Move it.

I am sure you apt complex does not allow marijuana cultivation, no matter if you are legal. If they make all people abide by the rule, they can do whatever.

Tell them they can inspect your apartment in 2 weeks, when you should be over your case of the swine flu.

Dont say the two week part.

However, calling the office, to "let them know" you are sick with H1N1, will delay your inspection.

Brilliant idea Hash Z.

Part of convincing acting is convincing setting.
Make chicken soup to help cover up weed smell, it is more convincing for the whole swine flu thing. Have a bunch of medicine, a thermomiter, cleenex, and vitamin water laying around and shit. Just everything you use when your sick. Add like a pile of rented movies, so it looks like you are stuck in the house. sound depressed. Get high so yours eyes are red. Change cloths, wash, hands, and brush teeth after though, so you dont smell like weed, Believe me they wont wanna go in your room. Spray the air with smelly lisol when they come in to kill germs in the air.

alright...so lastnight I had a date right...we end up coming back to my place at like 3 AM...we go in my room and my lady friend says "Dammmnnn...it reeks in here man!"...ahahahahah...I told her I burned down a bowl in there earlier...

So with an objective nose to tell me my room reeked of pot, I decided to hide it this morning before the inspection...I had a family member come get me and we put it in their car and took it to their house for the day...

When my landlord came in and did the inspection, she didn't smell a thing and actually said it smelled good in my apartment..lol..ahahahah.... I did wake up pretty damn early though and get it all aired out and burned some candles..

all in all, it wan't that bad and now I can get back to what I love doing..

thanks for all the hlep guys/gals..totally appreciated it..

IGrowTrees glad to hear you got around your scheduled inspection. I second j6p's recommendation though, as I have had to have people come into my home like you have, but having everything stealth & self-contained, smell & lightproof means there are no suspicions to be raised and a lot less worry on my part.

trash bags and move to a friends house and use a shit ton of room deodorizer if you want to keep them. Because as a legal user aren't you able to have them in your car? Essentially if you move them to another legal user and u get pulled over no bigs?

You people in apartments have my respect because I would have to turn my balls into steel if I grew in an apartment.Glad things worked out for you.On the subject of starting a new thread we would never get pearls of wisdom like using chicken soup as an odor prevetative if everyone just used the search button lol!

well in our lease it stated that he had to give 24 hours notice before searching the premises. so that day when he showed up randomly and asked to go into the rooom we told him, "nope sorry, there are private things in there, come back tommorow and you can search it"

that gave us a day to tear down shop and return it to a bed room, and the funny thing is that he didnt even come back to search the room so we got to squeeze in 3 more months of growin before the lease was up.

yea apartments really do not work, my first apartment my landlord had his handyman in my spot all the time, fixing curtains, fixin garbage disposal, toilet clogs.

the only way you can pull one off is to use IKEA closets.
