Driving 3.5 hours each way to denver then home tomorrow to pay 210$ for a piece of paper with a signature on it. At least this piece of paper will allow me to walk into places and buy herbs. Anyone got any recommendations of places to go without records closer to aspen then denver? I am all ears...

My friend just went to Greenmountain with records but they do no recs too. In and out in 2hrs, said everyone was nice and left with some magnum thats pretty nice. They never answer the phone so he had to just go down and ask for an appointment.

Paid $90 with recs

Green medicals in Northglenn... tell them you saw their ad in westword and its only 89$ for the doc visit no recs needed. Then all you do is send your 90$ fee to the state.

Took less than an hour and a half all together, in, out, and on my way to a dispensary.
Definitely go during the week.

Right now it's taking two to three months to get your actual card.

Somebody needs to do something about that. If they are getting $90 for each application that they receive, can't they hire a couple of temps to get the data entered ?

Come on... 3 Months to print and mail a certificate ? Seems like an intentional delay or they are diverting the MMJ registry funds somewhere else.

or they are diverting the MMJ registry funds somewhere else.

i actually think that is the problem. it is my understanding, which could of course be way off, that the $90 goes to the 'general fund'. not directly to the CDPHE. combine that with the numbers these days. the good news is that written in the law is a 35 day limit. SO, basically nobody gets turned down b/c you are legal after that time period if you haven't heard from them by then.

want to get my card can anyone recommend where to go based on a RECENT experience?

Denver - I would say Peace in medicine, $110 but they only schedule appointments around twice a month. They seem more "down for the cause" as opposed to some of these other toolboxes from CA. Awesome veterans program as well.

North - Green whatever medicals on 108th and washington? (I think?) is cheap $90 but it takes a whole day (in my experience). I stopped sending patients there because of it. And the dispensary that they opened up in the alley is a fucking JOKE (as are alot up north) they even sell schwag. All CA outdoor garbage.

Where are you located?

delta9 has a Dr on tuesdays and saturdays, no records required. $120 on tuesday; $150 on saturday. And they don't sell cali schwag.
