Mountain Madness Update

Mountain Madness Update

aloha everyone
sorry to be tardy to the party - been dealing with pests n critters while also giving me room a little bit of a makeover - fun stuff!

our little mountain madness plantlets are growing right along. since the last upate they havebeen transplanted out of the 9oz cups into 4" square pots filled with 2:1 ocean forest:light warrior.

i am not yet seeing any obvious signs of M/F, and am in no rush to learn - these little ones can take their time and show me whenever they want. i am keeping them under 24/0 400w mh for the time being until its time to flip them, or move the males for future breeding endeavors.

here's a variety of angles with plants 1-4 in the forefront

i am really liking how the nodes are stacking up so far. i know the plants could be doing better as some are doing much better than others. i am not giving them the most attention but i am giving them equal attention so those that are not performing up to par just might not be 'up to snuff' plants. or maybe they are..... we'll find out as we grow along.

after the pictures were taken i fed them a light feeding (5ml of H&G soil A/B + 10ml/G cal/mag + 1ml Roots Excellurator)/G at 6.2ph. and i was really stoned looking at all the nice tight nodes. so i topped all but 4 & 1. will get pics up after the plants show some new growth. sorry. fucking stoner i am.....

I know some peeps have Iron Cindy cross beans so figured I throw up a pic of pure IC grown outdoors, organic by a skilled hand. The grower is Fing_57 and the breeder is Rev. It's Metal Haze x C99. Indoors a lower yielder but outdoors look at her go!

that is incredible! What C99 pheno was used? The metal haze used floating around?

It looks better/bigger/frostier than many indoor grown buds

A+

The MH mom came from a Dutch Flowers breeder pack almost 2 years ago. Rev does not have the cut anymore but a close mutual friend does. I got that cut and gave to a friend who ran it outdoors this year. More beans may be made with that cut but don;t know for sure. The c99 used was actually 2 males from Revs F4 C99 run. The pheno would be more like what some describe as Tropical Fruit Punch and I call more like over ripe tropical fruit with some fresh pineapple mixed in.

Some Seedlings!!!!

First up a male (Sour Dubble X Guerrilla Gold)...Check out the sour bubble resemblance!!! Thick as hell too, short and stout I really thought it would be female...

Next we have two (Green Ice X Guerrilla Gold) female phenos that really look similar. Very awesome node stackage!!!

Pheno #1-More bushed out but same height as #2

Pheno #2-More of a skinny grower, same height as #1 but skinnier.

There is going to be some GOLD coming from these guerrilla gold crosses, that is for sure!

Very nice...love the root structure for such a small plant. Glad you're repotting em...lol...and they look pretty hungry. Have they been underfed a bit or are they N hungry little suckers?

G

guest5703

they look like some normal feeders so far...They are very underfed is all. At the time these were starting on their 5th node I had realized my nutrients(2 years old) had gone bad. Now I'm using different nutrients so they are thriving back! I just transplanted yesterday so in a week I'll take some more shots. ;) thanks for noticing!

Fert or light sensitive [red / blue] ? 4 out of 5 beans have been males. 1 chance left.

Thanks,

hey TR...i havent seen any lately...i ran some as did ohgee and i think grapepunched...i know that ohgee had an unusually high rate of females, i was 50/50 w 4 seeds i put down....dont know about others...sorry bout your ratio so far...believe me i would trade the ones i did for the ones you did if i could! i was looking for some more males....i would not think they would be sensitive to either nutes or lights....both sides of the p-stock are pretty bulletproof ime.....you gonna use the males on anything?

Kept one male, culled the other 3. Not exactly sure what it could be used on?
If the last bean pops as a female then "GDKS x GDKS".

If I could get urkle or gdp then that would be perfect for the male.

Otherwise the only idea that seems smart would be to cross with the "PJ x BlueD"

Yes, I thought it was odd about the germ rates, that is why asked.

Thanks,

TR
