100 sq ft of canopy and no plant # limit. How the hell do the big growers do it with stipulations like that? Although there is no max wattage for indoor growing like there is in Humboldt.

the big growers around SC cheat> a handful got busted last month with fake doctors reccs. of numerous people claiming they were growing(caregivers?) for these people and they all lived near each other,. The people on their street following the rules(100 sq ft) were not bothered
what is the rule for max wattage in humboldt?
Go buy a four family house there and then offer to rent it to 215 growers,
charge them each 4 oz of quality bud rent ea month so you'd have a pound
per month if you didn't occupy a residence yourself, 12 oz if you did.......
you'd probably be getting weed every week from fresh harvest/curing of many
different strains over the course of a year, you'd be a cannabis smorgasbord.
Actually, I was wrong, there used to be a wattage limit now there isn't. According to safeaccessnow.net Santa Cruz and Humboldt are virtually the same.

Its not really a big deal the 100 sq ft law, you can grw 8lbs every 3 months with a 10x10 space, plus if your the designated grower for another patient that becomes 200sq ft.
El dorado County. ALso in the Sierra Foothills. 10 plants flower 10 plants veg plus One Mom per a script. I think one of the best designed 215 programs out there. From Aug- I think Feb 2 pounds per a script, Then From March-July 1 pound per. They assume that after fall harvest you will have more medicine. Of Course the Sheriffs there i hear are UNFRIENDLY. But they are most places.

Wow, I thought that was per location. My error for not actually reading the direct ordinances myself. So for 10 people you could grow 1000 ft of canopy?

The limits seem to apply per patient or per care-giver, but not per location.
SC is expensive as F, kids pay 800 just to SHARE a room near campus. My brothers condo is a 2 bedroom 1300 sqft and rents for 2500...i live in a 3brm 1600sf multi story house in oakland hills for 2000 flat and i can see San Francisco from my living room...

I still dig Sonoma county, 30 plants per patient (I grow for 8 patients in a collective) and 100 square feet of canopy per patient, no wattage limit. 3 pounds dried per patient.
Humbolt is good if you already live there, City of Eureka and Fortuna PD (and the CHP) all enforce the 6 mature/12 immature .5# dried SB420 laws.
