I mean, is it that hard??? And would he make a rediculous claim like that?

intellect tells me no, not so much.

Don't have to read, I've smoked them both and grown them both. Coffee and Chem... so we should trust what we read over our experience as growers?

Say what you want. I gots me a pack of BOG's Sour Bubble this morning. Now I can back up my mother plant i've had for years. Who knows mabye find a better mother plant. I dont like to spend alot of money on beans. But if they are tried and tested. Ill do it.

Good read.I personally dont want to go to far with this as we all know by now that BOG knew what he was saying and the reason he said it or he would have entered the thread and converse with us.Its just another form of marketing by creating drama and touching emotions.There is only one true breeder and you should know by now its not a human with all his/her ups and downs plus attitude and pride.Everyone else is just doing what he/she thinks is best rather than whats good for the plant.There are quite a few number twos around that have skills both in growing as well as what we commonly know as breeding.Not knocking anyone for what they do but its all bullshit at the end of the day.

And you are right, i get my facts from what ive read, and reputable people say ogkush is a west coast chemdog.

im not experience with either strain, but i am growing some chemdog and og kush, and both plants look exactly the same,

check my sig.

emphasis on words can give a sentence many meanings.

im not saying you stole my car (implies someone else is saying it)
im not saying you stole my car (implies someone else stole it)
im not saying you stole my car (implies the car was not "stolen")
im not saying you stole my car (implies someone elses car was stolen)
im not saying you stole my car (implies that a car in fact was not stolen)

this is why you guys fail on bogs statement, and i will be laughing when he clears this up.

Yes it was. And by you. I've read and reread this statement a lot this morning to see like you do and there is no way I can come to he same conclusion that you have. Not diggin on you, just can't see it your way.
The way his statement is made implies that OG Kush came from his genetic gene pool. Break it down.
Find a good mom of this one(Sourbubble) and you you really have something better than the OG Kush that was originally derived(made from/found/discovered) from BOG genetics anyways(implying that OG KUSH was derived from his genetics).
Twist it, turn it, explain it however you want and it still doesn't mean what you are spinning it to mean.
I'll be one of the first to defend anyone that has been misquoted/misunderstood. But the way he's worded it has left a position that needs to be defended or admitted to be a false statement.
I have no problem with BOG whatsoever, but this needs to be explained since he's put it out there.

This is my last comment since only a fool believes hype and there are many fools (myself included sometimes ) in the world. Read Chimeras thread on the Myth of cubing and then read all the people with backcross 1 etc.

Shanti, DJ, Simon, Tom Hill , Chimera and Sam Skunkan and a wonderful Dutchman I can't name who makes great seeds at affordable prices are the only ones I trust.

They talk about their process in terms of botany and list their failures and successes. Their work is consistent and their strains are limited as it takes time to really breed.

Have fun growing, believe the hype if you want.

Everyone knows that Bubblegum and Chemdog and Bubba were brought back from Thailand and Vietnam and that a few in the US claimed to breed them. They are actually all the same. You can find Chemmy, Bubblegum and Coffee tasting phenos in any of the seeds made from those strains. It's true, I wrote in on the internet.

Dude BOG said this last week. His first drop sold out in minutes. Before this statement. Your right he could of said this to boost his sales. But he's been selling beans. And people have been growing his stuff long before this statement. My SourBubble mom i have now is years old. Not days.

Its not hype from a post, You have no idea what the post meant, and neither do I.

But you are right from one thing. It is hype.

Its hype from EXPERIENCE, grow and smoke reports.
And the report of an HIV+ family member who says. At the end of the night, when its time to relax. The sourbubble i give. Is her favorite to relieve pain, and get her mind off everyday life problems she deals with.

Not all people who like BOG's beans are buying into A post made last week, about a strain thats been for sale for years. Some of us no what we like and what works for us and love ones.
