Hey guys, sorry i've been gone so long. A lot of shit going on and then a lot this weekend, too! Ok, where do begin
So.. the WW is good, Mike! It's not top-notch or "keeper" quality out of everything else i have. It's skunky, a bit tastey, nothing particularly great about it. It's developing smell now, smells very skunky and sweet. I barely have any left cuz i've been deprived of smoke for a long time now i had to go at it. I need my meds!!
I don't think that the WW will keep up with the ChemDD or the SSH i have so i am just running the 2 remaining clones and the chocolope that i had. Those will be flowered out, harvested and that'll be the end of those.
As far as my new wave is concerned, though, they're doing well. Not as great as they could be. The soil mix i'm using is tearing things up a bit, but i'm keeping up with the flushes and the feeds so they'll at least live until harvest day! I don't like taking whole plant pics cuz they just aren't that healthy lookin, lol. I know know... get em in shape, right?
I am using Promix and as much lime as i SHOULD be using now, so i think the new batch that i put in after this will be very nice!

I'm not sure how long the SSH is gonna go, i took some measurements today like pistol maturity and % of clear/cloudy/amber. they're starting to amber on my on a few of them so i think the hazes will finish pretty much in a row. Like 60-65/70/75/80. They are on day 47 now. 2 of the hazes are gonna get 1 more feeding before flush until they're done. the others might get 2 feedings.
MNS stands for Mr. Nice Seeds! It's Mr. Nice Seeds Super Silver Haze.

ChemDD 5, More SourD pheno. Awesome foxtails, sweet and sour chem smell. The 2 cuts i took of this plant didn't make it. Hopefully i'll be able to do a re-veg for a mom.
MNS Hazes
Haze 1, very sweet and rotten peachy smell.
my dumbass forgot to take pics of H2..... that one is more peachy-haze
Haze 3, also peach-haze
Haze 4, not-so peachy rotten smell
Sorry for the closeups, i was trying to get their good sides in a macro. I'll try to do a photoshoot in a week or so.

I just noticed this thread SubN. I just got back in the saddle after some time off myself; it sure feels good, don't it!

I noticed early on you said you had some fungus gnat problems. I've had that in the past; the eggs were in the peat-based mix, and hatched out when I started watering. I solved it by keeping a reservior of water with mosquito dunks in it for watering and fertilizing. The larvae from the dunks hatch out in the water, and wipe out those gnats in the soil really quick.

Hey Kermit, glad to have you stopping through! Yes, i built that cabinet from scratch. 1x3, screws and sheetrock! The design is a lil flawed, because if i run two DWC buckets i can only take one out at a time. I think i might do 1 DWC and the rest soil for ease of use.
I did have some problems with fungus gnats, they were in the peat based soil mix i used, also. They ahve diminished over the last few weeks where i only find 1 or two every now and again. Same thing with the spider mites. Im so glad i caught they before they were able to do a full blow infestation. I find 1 and a couple eggs every few days, on 1 or two plants but as long as i stay on top of it i'm good. Every time i find one i give them some neem, cut the infected area off and re-bleach and clean the cab. I'm keeping them at bay!!
I used the mosquito dunks you speak of, i did the same thing. Rez with a dunk floating around in there. Use it for waterings and feedings and it knocks em down pretty hard!
Looking forward to having you guys around when harvest time rolls around. Im giving 2 of the SSH their final feeding tomorrow then straight water for 2-3 weeks until they're done!
