how does one get an mj card for glaucoma or MS (edit: in Maryland) when they don't have either disease?

yea not all mmj states are equal. from what i hear in ca if you have anxiety you can get a prescription.. in co last time i checked you had to have like 1 of 7 serious life threatening ailments. if i could get a prescription here for anxiety i would be all over it. but im not dying and i dont have any serious ailments so ,im lucky that im not dying but getting a card here seems impossible. like tell me how paxil is a better substance for anxiety than a nice indica takin in moderation..
