i think the driver stole my package.

Says delivered but its not here and i was here and talked to him when he delivered.

I called 2 times to investigate, and the first time they said the driver had said that he delivered it to the wrong addy on accident. then i called back this afternoon and he said he definitly delivered it here. 2 calls 2 stories.

So yeah. Basically lost some expensive shiatee

I'm not following.. you were there and talked to the driver when he delivered it? Where did it go...that statement makes no sense.

..or was he delivering a bunch of stuff and one thats saying delivered isnt there?

All you can really do is have ups start their bullshit claim service..and hope it turns up. They put out a "tracer request" while you wait and typically end up getting screwed.

If UPS doesnt turn it up..you can always file a chargeback with your credit card issue for goods not received... its a nasty thing to do to the company who sent the stuff as they DID THEIR PART in taking the order and shipping the goods. It also could get reversed since their is a tracking # states that it was delivered.

I used to work for ups for 4 years as a loader, sorter, part time driver ... the driver is going to say he delivered it and the union is going to back him. I doubt he stole your package if hes a part time driver hes trying to go full time so he wouldnt do it... The full time guys make very good money(for a job with out a degree) doubt he would steal and risk his job but it happens from time to time. Trust me next time use Fedex they seem to care more probably because they are non union. crazy that this happens that is one of the reasons they make you sign and ask for the first and last name on a package.

you need to have both of the names of the 2 people you spoke to... If they keep giving you different versions of what happened ask for their supervisor and keep going up the ladder. One thing i can say about UPS they usually try and make it right after they F*ck up.

The driver smelled it, and snatched it, what's the receiver going to do?

Do ya'll's big city UPS drivers just leave ya'll's packages lying around outside on the ground? Mine won't stop doing this, even if a signature is requested!!!!!

I come home and find packages lying on top of 5 gallon water bucket the dog uses!!!! Computers left on top of 5 gallon buckets of water near the door!

why does UPS leave packages on the ground and go away??

Most packages have good things in them, and people LOVE packages!!!

Do they do this in the city too?

if your area isnt known for stolen packages or has many complaints, then UPS/fedex will drop your packages off and leave them.. they don't supposed to with signature request though.

The drivers dont work a set schedule of hours every day. THey don't get off work until all packages are delivered off the truck. They don't have time to wait around for everyone to come to the door.

If you have a problem then contact your local UPS/fedex and have a talk with them, and tell them about your driver. I usually have the same driver everytime because each driver has a certain route.
