I've never grown that before, so I don't know how mold prone it is. I assume you are asking because it is mostly indica. I wouldn't worry about a sativa.

Is your only limitation your vertical space? Because if you have enough horizontally, I would just put out more clones every couple weeks, because if the first batch gets moldy, the second probably wont, and the third (starting more than a month from now) should be fine. Even if the first batch has a little mold, I would just make a batch of cannabutter with it anyway. Best case scenario is you get a harvest every couple weeks from now until the frost starts.

One more thing, Florida is close enough to the equator that you don't have to wait until this late in the year for most strains to stay small from clone. All the indicas, early sativas (like TFD Early Durban), and most hybrids will start to bloom whatever time of year you put them outside. Skunk and Haze will veg from around late April to mid August.

small world, we grow up in the same town and end up neighbors...too funny but that's life 'eh...I have a bigg ass yard, I'm talking acres...this rain has made mow 2 times a week, I'm wearing out blades like theres no tomorrow...just wait until the 'caines come a knocking...ground is saturated now...it's hard to keep mold or rot out of the plants this time of year...thank God for copper soap

thanks. good advice. i just didnt want trees where everyone could see them. miami huh? love the girls down south. cant wait to go again.

question for everyone. how do you get some raw genetics like a clone only strain? i always hear about some killer shit down south but never smoked any. i got my purps through the mail and to me the hassle isnt worth it. gettin seeds and growing them out to find the right mom. my space is limited. i was just wondering. i would like the to expand my personal garden.

I am in the process of converting my 4 x 5 closet into a room
and i plan on running a 600w cooltube
was wondering whats the best way to hang the cooltube to get most coverage?
also if i vent up into the attic how much hotter would the cooltube make the room?
this is probaly the wrong place to ask but figured you guys would know about growing here in fl and the fl heat more than others.

the rep was from this old man nightballa...welcome...the cool tube must be vented but be sure the air temps are doable...I use a 2 ton air chiller for my grow op...keep the temps around 85 degrees maximum for a good productin...you may need to pump in cool air as the tubes radiate alot of heat...I run 2.6K of HPS at 12/12 and 800 watts of Mh in veg...when dispalcing the heat to the attic you're gonna notice a smell outdoors...look into making your own carbon scrubber...mine is 4' tall and 2' in diameter...8" inlet...works swell

not sure if i will need an air chiller as i only have 3 big bang in buckets and 8 widow in beer cups in a 4x5 closet.no big numbers
but i do have a window unit ac right next to the closet which will hopefully help.
and with those small numbers im hoping it wont smell too much until im able to make a scrubber or buy one.
does it matter which way i hang the cool tube in the closet??

my cool tube is hanging vertical between 2 1000HPS lamps...the light seems to penetrate the plant under the canopy more efficiently that if it were horizontal...not sure if there is any "right" way to hang one but mine has been doing very well for about 6 months now...the window shaker will do fine for your size groww but remember, one plant smells the same as 100 plants, not just as much...if properly grown, yur gonna have smell issues...be prepared before it becomes an issue...our island has draconian laws bro...

vertical will build you MONSTERS....but you need to get good coverage. Not one light.
boo's got the idea with hori. and vert lighting. Bet you get all kinds of awesome bottom growth boo...not too much to have to throw in the hash bags huh?...lol I would love to do a cube grow...least thats what I call it, not sure if there is a nother name....but like a 6x6 with 6kw.....cube the p[lants in light. wish I could find that thread to link you to the dude that grew 4 MONSTERS last year on a med card. Got like 12-13lb from 4 plants....fuggin insane, but there were vert and hori lights...

If I was running one 600w cool tube is a 4x5....I would run it diagonally across the closet/area/ Works best from my experience that way. I have grown in a 2x7 with 3 600w cool tubes....now there were some monsters...lol
