Colorado MMJ License ?'s

I try to send back to everyone, but am sure some slip through the cracks. If you need to get ahold of us the best way is to call 303-953-9231 and we will be happy to discuss anything.

We do have the Dr in offices 4 days a week now! We can make the initial contact, diagnosis, and write a recommendation all in the same visit!

We also have a less expensive Dr in the shop for people who already have records of your condition.

Thanks,
Mike

Karma to ya for that.........

That is the problem I have been coming across.... gives you a kind of dirty feeling being involved in that part of the scene--dispensary. Kind of like I was a high school girl and felt a hand going up my shirt when I walked into most of those shops.... gives those who really want to do something honest and caring a bad name.

I know that is what set off The Colorado Board of Health. Hell they don't want to regulate shit. They do birth certificates and that kind of mundance crap. Inspect kitchens for Gods sake. But when you keep getting fraudulent forms from some of these places.. it gives those that are against our movement just an excuse.... Like Dr. No....... I had a long conversation with one of the members that voted that day.. it was prior to the vote. They are not against us as the vote showed but some of those in the business are making the honest, hard-working, individuals look like a bunch of wolves in with the sheep. We need to weed those wolves out our selves so others don't feel compelled to do it for us.

I know it is hard for those in the inner cities but those of us in the country should never frequent a shop that has shaddy practices or that charges ridiculous prices. These shops would close up and make space for those that would really put out a decent product for a fair price. These forums are a great start.

Peace

I tend to like more fruity or classic tasting strains.

Marshmello, first off I like the handle. lemme know once ur paperwork is clear.....I have a blue dynamite strain I've f2'd and it's even more fruitier than the 1st. I've described it as a FRUIT COCKTAIL in the past and it's stuck with everyone I've described it that way with.

Since ur a first time grower, you should look for a 'forgiving' strain. BD is just the rugged warrior u could use. She'll take a beating and keep on producing. I've selected a primo fem down from about .... a lot of beans I've produced personally after picker a 10pk up in Vancouver Island, BC. She's not a super yielder, but damn is she medicinal.

Yo SB, I hear you but I have some logic to counter that.....it's the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPHE!! Granted we are doing superior job on this front but we also have more vested at the moment.

And from the angle that we've succeeded from consistently, Health and Medicinal properties are what are furthering the cause. If not CDPHE, then who has the authority to regulate, enforce, and educate the PUBLIC on what is considered MEDICINAL or not. They could step in on a lot of fronts, such as disposal of by products..wastes.. and again the relationship between patient and caregiver. Until then we will look at judicial precedence. Thank the Lord that's in our favor at the moment.

I feel a general consensus is that Coloradians have a moment of influx to which MMJ is in our favor.

How do we take this to the next level?

What would you consider the 'next level'??

Where do you want the face of MMJ in CO to be in the next decade???

Wow can I ramble......Good vibes, FM

Speaking of the CDPHE, any one notice how the states web site stated what the average age of card holders is? Before the hearing it dropped down to around 23(i think), and when they updated their web page the last time the average age has gone back up to 41.

Imagine That..........LMAO.......Alexander Haig syndrome:
"Constitutionally, gentlemen, you have the President, the Vice President and the Secretary of State in that order, and should the President decide he wants to transfer the helm to the Vice President, he will do so. He has not done that. As of now, I am in control here, in the White House, pending return of the Vice President and in close touch with him. If something came up, I would check with him, of course".

—Alexander Haig, Alexander Haig, autobiographical profile in TIME Magazine, April 2, 1984[11]
Rather than being seen as an attempt to allay the nation's fear, the quotation became seen as a laughable attempt by Haig to exceed his authority.

Kinda seems like the same thing.

I am meeting with our attorney tomorrow, and will post what I find out. I did call him yesterday, and he was adamant to say that "anything posted on the DOH website ONLY AFFECTS THE EXEMPTION, NOT THE AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE!".

Right on bro...Marshmello 'cuz I "Sta-Puft" :joint:
:woohoo:

From what you have described, I could be in Heaven or somewhere close-by with the BD.:yoinks:
I had planned on asking more questions now and being more active on these boards, I was just letting my disability case get handled before I went this route. Now that it is taken care of(on the 1st application, I filed on 3/5) I don't have any doubts I will be approved, just need to be seen by a compassionate doc and that will be done in the next day or 2.

I just got off the phone with Green Mtn and they have Appts. available from 1-5 tomorrow.
The guy was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
With my Medical Records, the cost is $100 if I make them my caregiver, $150 if I don't.
That's a pretty sweet deal, my brother just paid $200 @ Cannamed a couple weeks ago and that was With records.
I just need to make sure what time my gf get's off tomorrow and then we will be on a trip to south Denver.

And just like that.
Appt. tomorrow at 1 and that will be it.
I asked about the medicine on hand and he said that they had 16 strains.
I asked about their Top-Shelf and he said "Diesel" & "Durban"...
Non-Member price $35 a GRAM!:jawdrop:

I guess membership really does have it's privileges. :joint:

There are definitely lots of greedy and money-hungry dispensary owners here right now. We're hoping that they'll fall on their butts once the movement matures, prices drop, quality improves, and patients begin demanding more attention to knowledge of which strains help which ailments.

From my experience in the Denver-Boulder-Longmont-Nederland area, Bouldermeds.com and onebrownmouse.com are my favorites as far as price, quality, and compassion (more so from one brown mouse on that front cause they've been true activists for a few decades in this state).

Unfortunately we all have to swim through the slime first before we find the right folks, but luckily we have a community here that reviews where they go and what they find. Good luck in your search and please let us know what you find.

You just did bro.
Mike is here in this thread so can explain the price.
I will definitely have some money when I go down there and will see what they have to offer.
I guess I can sign over the Caregiver status and become a member there.....my only thing is distance as I am probably a good 60-65 miles away from them.
I know there are some other outfits up north FTC/BLDR/LNGMT that I could go to, but it's just as far to Longmont or Boulder for me.
Six in one, half dozen in the other.

Good luck tomorrow Marshmello hope everything goes according to plan. $35 a gram is a little steep but for going to into a store and not some back alley waiting to get jumped the price makes up for it in the end.
