Those lists don't account for countries that have exceptions to their extradition treaty with the U.S., like Brazil, for example.
Also, the actual crime plays into the treaty, some countries will not deport if you face the death penalty, but otherwise will deport you.

100% true.
A few months back Americas' most wanted help nabbed a guy from here in fl wanted on murder charges, hiding out in Brazil. They commented how lucky they got because his Brazilian native girlfriend (whom he met there) was due in a few weeks and had the bay been born then Brazilian law would've prevented him from ever being extradited.
I'm sure you can find it using google...

In most states if you are a first time nonviolent drug offender you will get probation.

I have a friend that got raided after selling to undercover cops. 52 plants 5 felonies and 2 misdom.

He got 3 years probation and had to do alot of drug classes.

yeah but after all of this, he still has felonies on his record ?

Im sure it takes sometime to get all the citizenship stuff worked out.. how would you leave the country on murder charges, wouldn't you need to use your passport.

If you have people you can trust (family/good friends) there's no reason to leave the country, maybe the state. My family is all up on the east coast so if I ever needed to lamb it I'd be good.

Be advised that on any kind of significant charge, they will revoke your passport, so you won't be leaving the country legally.
Brazil is a nice option if you speak the language, and have money. No work there. You can adopt a child there to gain citizenship. You must pay 300 Reals per month (about $150) support.
Have lived there before, and could easily spend the rest of my life there.

Thats Awesome where did you live Retro, Rio? Am High as shit over here reading up on Jesse James Hollywood and the other guy from the U.k. from like the 60s who actually pulled it off. I know some real criminal types that dont know about Brazils laws. Evlme2 was right. Hollywood entered Brazil under a fake name I think thats what screwed him.
