The level system is variable, according the size of the website. Since this is a big site, there are many levels and it will take a long time to get to the top. As you can see even our top members still have far to go. (I think there's like 70 something levels).
Remember we still have other things that aren't being counted yet! If I can I will include the images in the Old Galleries too, which have been left out (only forum albums are included now).
The rank is simply based on how many total points you have relative to everyone else.
What is not obvious is the "Level Up" thing. That is how far you have progressed towards the next level.
We still have to come up with more awards. We may change the awards so they don't look like medals. Perhaps they should look like buds?
Also Gypsy will need to decide what kind of things will happen at different levels, like usergroup promotions. And then any "prizes" that can go to either award winners or to those who reach a certain level. I'm not sure when that will happen. Sounds like we'll need a brainstorming session...

I sorta like the little medals, they are cute. Buds sound like a good idea! Maybe a Pot Leaf/Medal ?? would look cool.

I think we can use a marijuana leaf and just give it different colors based upon the award it represents... Or maybe just put the award title under the leaf. So it would say like posts, social, photos, etc. under each.

Cool feature. Can't forget to include old galleries - Some ppl still put/keep their pix there instead of in the albums...
