I can't say I've played every Final Fantasy game (I did complete both of these though some time ago) but the general opinion I've got from gamers over the years is that not only are these the two best Final Fantasy games, but they are two of the greatest games period.

First time I tried it I didnt like it, way too easy to die if your venturing around outside of the quests. Then I changed the difficulty to easy....and its addictive. 20 hrs into the game, and I just started the first quests of the main story line.

Diablo(1 and 2) has to be one of the best all time. I remember my dad even got heavily into that game.

morrowind, oblivion, FF3, mass effect, FF7, chrono trigger, fallout.. ive been really into all these games at one point or another... Final Fantasy 3 for SNES is the best video game ever made with Final Fantasy 7 for PS1 coming in a close second

Waiting for a good MMORPG for the xbox360.

haha same here in a month i got to like ~25 warrior nightelf, never renewed the game, not that fun
