Sorry guys...this one is the worst....

We might have an all time winner here.
Here's one I think is dumb as fuck:
Doesn't the tar in one joint equal about 10 cigarattes?

This is one up on grass city right now. A thread about purple kush which devolved into a thread about purple weed.
Here is a quote from one of their most popular growers on the site. Oldskoolgrower with 6400 posts:
"There are kush phenotypes that have some purple to their calyxes when mature. It's a more subtle shade than most of the 'purple' stuff I see around.
I know at least one grower who adds grape juice to his flush for the last week to make it purple. I'm not shitting you. I just shook my head when I saw that."
holysmokes asks:
"does that do anything benificial?(sp?)"
Oldskoolgrowers replies:
"No. It doesn't do anything bad per se though. I just consider it dishonest to color, flavor, or otherwise force appearance changes on bud if it's for resale. It's like false advertising. Force a nice but otherwise plane jane indica to turn purple and suddenly it's 'worth' more."

Reminds me of when I was 14 I tried growing some "blueberry" by putting schwag brick seed into the same pot with a few blueberry plants."
Oldskoolgrower:
"It actually works, grape juice or food coloring in the flush, especially if the grower water starves them for a day first. They suck it right up. It doesn't do much for flavor but it picks up the color.
That was an extreme example though. Most growers force purple using low (50°ish F) temps at night during the last week or so of flowering.
Try not talking about things you apparantly don't know "

I ain't going to argue with you. But trust me. That is going down in the annals of hilarious postings. I'm not the only one that was cracking up I assure you."
LOL. it sure made me laugh. What is it they say about people who talk more than listen? With 6400 posts I cringe to think of the other shit he's told all the noobs on there. It's really funny... but in another way, it's not.
