Don't you think that tube is too basic? I would at least want ice notches because you're actually paying for an added functional feature there.First of all, I never hated on J Lee. I just dislike his newer color combinations...from what I have seen. It's fine, as artists are expected to 'grow'. J Lee used to be my second favorite artist (tied with M.Max).
Though, the two above pieces are very nice, those are the only recent pieces by him that I have actually dug... That double layer technique does look very good with great color combos. In my opinion anyways... Also i'm just picky about color to begin with. Which incidentally is the reason J Lee was originally my second favorite artist.

not rreally diggin the work on the perc of the toro you showed me but thats not that crucial. Im getting my white yellow black og moss worked toro today that i replaced the circ perc toro i didnt like and sold with. Ill take some pics of it, its really beautiful. Ima try and take more pics of some details on the cowboy bub too like some trippy spirals, honeycombs, and the opal encasements.
