I use a 250 hps in a 25" L x 20" D x 39 1/4" H flower space.
1 plant filling the screen will give as much as 2-3 plants if you know what your doing!

also...if i wana do 2 per screen or 3 how big of pots would i need for each?? like if i was 2 do 2 or if i was to do 3

Does anyone know of a good, how to, tutorial thread on sog, or scrog. I've searched for it here on icmag, with no prevail. All I can find is a thread with a bunch of videos, which is nice, but I'd rather just read about it, it would be faster.
I actually don't even know the difference between a sog, and a scrog.
It is my understanding though that scrog involves low stress training to where the branches begin to grow horizontal, then placing a screen above the plant and "weaving" the braches through the screen so the tops are exposed. I still have a lot of questions though. If anyone knows of or has a thread with a lot of good info, it will be well appreciated.

sea of green is alot of plants grown out small and very close togethor and screen of green is prty much moving the bud spots where you want thm under a screen...theres prob a tutorial for it tho go to search box thtd prob be yer best bet taker easy

I've read a up above, a good 5-6 weeks veg, an sativa strains are ideally best for scrog, so really it depends on strain's growth characteristics .
Surprisingly enough, I've searched using the search option and haven't come up with much in one place. Just bit's and pieces of info spread out over different pages, I was looking for an actual one thread tutorial. Though I did find a thread titled "questions about scrog and lighting", along with some other threads that is bound to lead to good info, so I am sure I'll be able to get some responses to my questions there. The whole scrog thing seems simple enough, but nothing usually is what it seems.

How long is your flowering period? 10 weeks or less, you'll want to fill about 1/2 the screen in veg. 14 weeks and more, you'll want to start at 12/12. The more you veg the more you'll yield BUT in a small cab that can be a bad thing.
