We had a great weekend/vacation goin' to Destin!!! I think Swamp is going to post some pics, but I just wanted to drop in and say "HELLO" to everyone, and it's good to be back!!

Didnt do much but lurk around yesterday. I got a few pics to share and a horror story. LOL!
I had a borg attack while gone. Seems that they had to have installed some kind of phone tap or listening device. They didnt attack until we were gone. No evidence of any mites at all the day we left. When I came home, the whole room was filled with mites. I freaked out and chopped down most of the plants that had only a week left to go, and the rest got a thick Floramite application. All the veggers got the treatment too. What a fiasco! These fuckers must have heard we were going out of town. Jeeze if there was one thing to actually HATE on this planet..
Any way, heres some vacation pics....
We also visited a state park called Eden Gardens. Pretty "antebellum" house built over a hundred years ago. Massive oak trees and lawn. Pretty cool little spot....
Oh, and I finally snapped a clear shot of the F13xBB this morning. Check this shit out.....

Damn swamp, sorry to hear the borg got a hold of your ladies... I had'em attack last fall, nearly lost everything. Looks like you had a nice weekend though, beautiful shots btw....

Ya the little bastards struck with immaculate timing. I think they are dealt with though. Luckily, most of the plants were pretty much done. Some could have used another week. But I am pissed cuz I wanted to take a bunch of pretty harvest pics before the chop. Oh well.
Ya know K.H., actually they didnt invade the DJ cuts as much as others. The Pure Kush had it the worst. I vacummed the webs and mites off the best I could. The last time I had borg. I hung the plants upside down and the rest of em migrated to the top of the plant where they were promptly burned with a lighter.
BigD: Ya that place has a definite "old south" appeal to it. It is just like Azalea Trace. Glad you like em. I will be back there when there are not so many people. Seems like a nice little smoke spot.

Ya -T-, I am working hard @ getting these fuckers to sign the surrender. So far I think the Avid/Floramite is working. No new damage or webs. Cant spot any mites under their favorite plants so I might be in the clear.
Note: The F13xBB plants in the above pics have sand all over them from a big storm here. The rain kicked up sand from the ground on them. They do not have any mite damage. Just wanted to clarify cuz that sand looks like mite damage kinda.

I completely understand. I had that problem too bud. I finally got married and settled enough to be able to keep a little rotation going.
If you dont have mites and live down here. chances are you will avoid them entirely. I think mine might have hitched a ride with some new cuttings. Lesson learned. Always dip new cuts as soon as the arrive.
Investing in a bottle of Floramite is a good idea. Shits expensive but a quart will last a lifetim. Especially for a grower like you who is off and on type thing. I think you might be able to find 1oz bottles somewhere. Good thing to have on hand once you have a crop rotation going. It can save your crop bro.
I think the mites are dealt with. I checked all the babies and no sign of the first mite. I think they are all metting their maker. Muahahahaha!
