those plants you have in the 24/7....are you monitoring the temps? One thing about having the lights on without a break is that temps never come down. If your temps are on the high side, say about 85 F, that could make them look bad. Over 90 F on 24/7 almost certainly would.

If you are doing everything the same in both grows, the temps are the one thing that I see might be different.

24/0 is cool, but the plants do most of their growing in the dark. 18/6 or 20/4 will get you faster growth. they collect energy during the day and use most of it at night. not to say they dont grow during the light cycle, just not as much. try switching from 24/0 to 20/4 for a week and see if they get any better. also got any pics of the sick plants? there might be something else wrong.

thanks for stoping by me canna ppls. it means a lot.

the only other thing I can think that went wrong is that this grow got no ferts at all yet and the other plants got some botanicare pureblend pro veg formula 3-2-4 only every other watering.
so I am thinkin that some how the other plants got over ferted. and might have some bugs too .

these came from outdoors in this huge ULGY POT. So I dug em up put em in a big pot of soil and under 12-12 and now they look like well U know.:woohoo:

Good looking little plants :]

You can start feeding flower ferts when you start to see some pistils.

#1cheesebuds,

Looking good man, but I would split the two plants from that one pot and put them in their own homes!

Good luck bro,

Looking nice and healthy. I've never grown 12/12 from seed before. From what I know they'll start flowering when they are ready. They aren't growing alternating nodes from what i can tell in your pics.

not sure if I got the ph right. anyone know. thanks for watching and stay tuned.

5 weeks and no preflowers? damn they're keeping you waiting! haha. Ive heard of this issue though, how some plants take damn near forever to grow from seed (even with a veg before hand and then 12/12), while the cuttings of the same revegged plant don't have the same issue.Theres a rumor about that in the old Trainwreck seed lines if I remember correct. Hang in there, they'll get around to it sooner or later - its what they do haha. You could try switching the lights to 10/14, give em a couple extra dark hours and see if it speeds em up a bit. I use to use that schedule to help plants finish sooner when I knew they'd stretch too high to be taimed.
On the bright side, they look gorgeous. Do you know what type of genetics their from? Hope your ladies start firing pistols soon, best of luck. -Clep

I had some bag seeds that got 2 weeks top of veg and went into 12/12. The plants that had vegged for a little over 3 weeks slowly showed sex, but not the younger ones!. The female I had showed in like a week it was nuts. One day the bag seeds looked normal and the next I had two males.

The looking real happy! Keep it up.

Cheese and Sativas in general are great for 12/12 from seed IMO. Indicas on the other hand...not so much. They grow oh so small. Best of luck.
