bull shit. Hefe didn't jack shit. And it isn't like salt is the only one allowed to do those types of sculptural pieces. If that's the way it works, no one would be allowed to do reversals and there wouldn't be half the amazing techs out there today.
The glass pipe scene is all a big loop of inspiration and saying shit like that is lame.

with that being said, i'm not feelin the hefe pieces but i think he will step it up a few notches down the road. I love hefe's work and know he will take that style a long way.

I'm not usually one to accuse people of 'biting' or jacking people styles for the exact reasons you mentioned. BUT those slides look pretty fuckin identical to salt slides that have been selling like hotcakes (for some reason) in the last year or so. It's pretty damn obvious he had salt in mind when he made those slides, and he made them because he knew his name + everyone drooling over that style = good sales. those slides weren't some burst of inspiration that hit hefe, they were produced purely with sales in mind. Not saying it's a bad thing, calling it for what it is.

just to add, personally, I think salt slides come off as uninspired as well and are produced with sales in mind. Ghost (and few others) does fairly similar work, but if you have the chance to check out one of his slides or smaller pieces (I have a chillum) in person,, the detail and care put into them blows Salt outta the water. my

On 29 March 29 I placed an order for about $250 worth of bits and pieces. On the 30th the WeedCity site showed that my order had been sent to the store owner, that an invoice had been issued, and that payment had been received.

It's now April 4th and I keep hoping that soon it will show that the order has been shipped.
