cindy is anything but average in the yield department. no disrespect to any who have posted otherwise. growing enviornment, and technique def. has something to do with it. cindy + dwc = arms and legs, what the heck is an elbow?

not to mention what a nice girl she can be. clones incredibly fast, loves nutes but doesn't require them, budsites are plentiful, calyx to leaf ratio makes you smile, trim? trim what? its all buds lol Sure there are leaves, but they don't dare to cluster up on the nugs.

one of the only strains with an uncanny ability to somehow produce larger buds on lower growth with less light intensity. the minimal foliage aids this, but there is just something else! you can not describe it

tropical fruit punch fuzzy pheno is po tent!

I'm head over heels for C-99 myself already (got a hold of 3.5 grams over a year ago) and have yet to grow her out.
Didn't want to pump her up Tooo much. LOL!

If you get ahold of the real deal(not hybridized), she is the Holy Grail for flowering time, sativa dominant, average/above average yeild, and soaring head high. :2cents: Good Times IJ :joint:

"Cindy Yield" ... a contradiction

"Cindy Yield" ... a contradiction

Our experience with C99 variants has been frustrating.

The "grapefruit cocktail" cross from BCGA was a Cindy male crossed to a Grapefruit clone that supposedly had a big dose of Cindy genes already.

The effect of that cross, evidently, was to further fix the traits.

There was no big surprise when it performed poorly outdoors, given that it was bred entirely indoors, but the singular psychoactive effects, strong though they were, were not quite balanced by the low yield.

It's a quick indoor Sativa, for certain, but it just doesn't yield a lot.

We've seen it in hydro, trimmed and bushed, and the results are always about the same: beautiful, sticky, Thin, colas.

"No Commercial Potential." It's strictly for personal stash.

Me too Benji:yes:, love Jack Herer, never tried C99 before tho, i wish the Brothers Grimm would come out of retirement with fresh C99 on show:canabis:, i'd love a pack of BG C99 in my fridge right now:headbange, infact the seeds wouldn't even touch the fridge, they'd be put in dirt straight away under the homemade sun lol:joint:

I currently have F2's from GN and Joey Weeds...my suggestion is when you do get a hold of the elusive cindy..make f3's for yourselves and beyond so you have these genetics for life....

If you have any of those issues with true C-99 stock I'd be greatly surprised. I haven't heard a single issue of what you describe. I'd blame the cross.

Strange but true ...

Strange but true ...

There's no doubt about the source of the genes ... from the B.C.G.A. to the OG/CW denizen known as "webfish", and thence onward.

Probably both the F-1 and F-2's were produced with a very small number of male donors, increasing the chances for a bottleneck or other limiting factor.

Though only one of the F-3 lines has been worked, and though the seed mother grew quite large outdoors, the progeny have not yielded any better indoors than any other "haze" variety. So far, it might be quicker than SSH, but not any larger.

Haven't seen anyone try the original Bros. Grimm recommended method.

They suggested lopping off the top 1/4 - 1/3 and letting the side branches stretch up and grow colas. The attempts to bush-grow got leafy, but the actual bud result turned about the same.

Some other lines might prove different, but it's just growers stash for now.

What ever happend to this? We cud use some c-99, i never got to try it dang.
You would think that at least one person would have kept decent males and females from the F1 stock.

I'm really disappointed in the lack of availability of rockin C-99 genetics. Certainly there has to be someone out there with a cut of the original Princess as well. Possibly even Cafe Girl (if we're lucky)

Nice going Bakerman! I'm making F2's of Wallyducks C99. I promise not to hoard them :)
I thought Wally's recent release was already an F6? Do you have some really old stock of Wally's? I recommend you do an open pollination to help preserve genetic diversity.

tended the P.75 last season outdoors ......produced 1.5+lb's of tropical fruit smelling flowers...good, but for myself not great.........the high is more of a generic body stone......C99 takes the whole package to a different level.............

ganj on...........
