the rks i remember was from the late 80s to 95 and it was in Kentucky .it had a acid smell
like spoiled malt beer .when malt beer goes green it has a kinds smell .that and skunk.
and i think it was the most expensive too.because it only came around at different times of the year.mainly fall . look ther are still stinking strains take my sourdog its rez SD X OG .
i was looking at it and taking seeds from it as i seeded it with a manege a trios from mod
and my mother told me to get that shit out. that it smelled like a dead skunk.

No proof Sam has RKS either . I myself do not believe there is just the sweet skunk and the RKS. The RKS was in to many places at once to come from one person. I ve had Rks in different parts of the US that were totally different plants is why I say its not as simple as Sweet Skunk and RKS. I believe at the time RKS came from several different places and were totallly different plants, some were lime green some were not, stuff like that.I am not saying Sam doesn't have a different skunk just that its not the RKS that everyone seeks.
I agree. There is a RKS that originated from northern San diego area that a few old growers in Norcal hold very close to their heart. No compassion clubs will ever carry this strain unless someone acts against their best wishes. Iron Mountain Skunk .. ask around .. but you won't find anyone whos dumb enough to come on the internet .. so ask those old reclusive hermits who live up in the hills if you know any.

Sharky used to grow the best RKS when he was still in town. He selected from Sensi Skunk #1. It's hard for me to believe that all you people with "great" connections have no idea where to find RKS anymore. Try asking the local 300 pound Samoan who calls you "Cat" ..

I got some of those SK#1 freebies when I bought my ST#3 a few years ago, they were the first plants I grew & subsequently killed. Gutted now I know a little more of my history.
