After meeting with Papaulz(?) he mentioned somethang very interesting that has stuck with me since ..... Checking out tha macro's, look at how tha trichs are tall standing and nary bent over. It was explained to me by this hash master that tha tall standing trichs will have tha heads decapitated easier and more efficiently, taking no stalk. With glands that are bent over, your basically shearing off tha bend of tha trich with very little gland head (not good). Checking out tha Ultra Sonja's of yours, tha trich formation looks perfect for this evaluation for hash making.
Have any pre harvest pics of tha gals Cornflake? I see how spread out they are, not making it any easier to git 'em, but would love to check 'em if you took some. Love that silvery sheen .....
Enjoy yer harvest, I'm diggin' tha pics,
Steele
Thanks for the kind words darkhollo.
I had a problem 4 weeks into VEG and had to move these gals to a friend's house, where we had to squeeze them in around the walls, so really for the first 6-7 weeks into flower these girls had lower levels of light than what an ideal grow ill provide.
I pruned them only so the ultra sonja canopy was getting as much light as possible, so it wasn't really any decision to increase yield or anything. It was really just a space limitation, that I had to remove lower branching.
This was done as I flicked the switch to 12/12.
Please note brother, I believe you'll be seeing a better yield than mine because of low light levels and low nute levels (my friend was feeding them half what I'd asked him to for the whole time lol).
I believe the Ultra Sonja are a very hardy strain, you won't hurt 'em.
If you like what you see here you'll like your own grow alot more I think
CF, naw you didn't leave tha gals too long .... Don't harvest 'em too early....
