I was getting rather crappy pictures of it hanging cause it was late at night and the lighting sucked. Maybe I'll pull it back outta the attic and see if I can't get some better pics today. Good to see my friends and family here. I do believe it's working...

Yesss! I love drying shots! Seems like there just isnt enough pics of drying buds 'round here. I understand the beauty of live shots, but I like to see em trimmed and drying. Makes the mouth water.

WTF is up with pics?? I had a great shot of my first F13 crop drying that I wanted to post. Sunnuva bitch!

I just received this alert from another thread I signed up for, I thought it was a bit funny....

I'm brand new here...first post. 4 foot plant, just put it into flowering about 2 weeks ago while it was inside, but put it outside to finish, and in one day the wind thrashed it! severed the stalk in half! taped it together with floral tape and attached it to a pole so it wont do anymore damage. Also the wind really weakened a point near the top and it started to bend (really thin up there) so taped that too. Will the stalk recover if its taped up? I mean it's not in veg anymore, so not sure. Also, if its taped, wont that inhibit/choke it when it tries to thicken up?

Any suggestions?

The plant should be o.k.. I wouldn't expect extreme vigorous growth after an injury while flowering...but it should still flower. I've pulled some bonehead moves when cleaning out my hydro reservoir....
As a matter of fact, I've snapped a cola or two right at the juicy top when moving stuff on occasion. I just steadied it as best as I could....let it be...and usually it will callous over and heal. The plant continues to grow. Unfortunately, it also has a similar effect to cropping or topping....lateral growth is stimulated and less energy is devoted to upward growth.

Second suggestion: unless it's an appropriately warm climate, I wouldn't suggest putting plants out in Jan.

I ran some stuff outdoors a few years back that just HAD to go until late Jan....but every time it got frosty, I pulled them indoors.....was tricky but worked.
