ok everyone looks like the final count will be 9/10 on the seeds,i didnt see the last one comin up today...maybe tomorrow or the next day i will dig for it and see what went wrong,just wanna wait it out 1st.i'll get some pics up in a few days after they show some progress...i think its a real good germ rate and pretty fast too...i took notes all the way thru ,i'll take a pic of the notes and timeline on them bustin thru if you guys want me to.just type too slow to type it all out LOL...took like 48-72 hrs for them all to pop thru the surface,and they all germed in less then 2 days...pics soon fellaz.

I always like seeing nice, tight little seedlings. Means they are gettin way loved.
Not that the long stringy 8"ers, that have to be propped up, and want to fall over and damp off so bad, aren't well loved...
Man, the seeds that pop up about 30-40 days later are the ones I love. Kinda like when your old lady comes up pregnant out of nowhere, and you had no plans for that!
But then, hell you gots plenty of room for youngins.

I'm jus teasin about the southerner thang.
Heres my take on the Fox farms stuff...
The FFOF has a fantastic mix of everything that is needed for a nice organic start. Enough amendments that the plant may just not need anything else, depending on strain.
It also drains very nicely, and allows you to power feed as you would coco.
To me it's the perfect soil for soiless grows.
Now...I do not buy shit from hydro stores, but I will talk with a couple of hydro proprietors from time to time, and they swear by FFOF not burning anything.
They tell me that the light warrior needs to be cut with other stuff such as worm castings, more perlite, etc...dunno forsure as I haven't used the LW.
I can tell you that the best indoor yield I had in 08 was from plants in 2gal ffof/coco 50/50.
1 gal, good water, 1tsp blackstrap, 1tsp epsom salts(I stop this after couple weeks of flower), 30cc's 3%h2o2, 5-45ml PBP(depending on stage of growth and plant wants)
Flush feed with aged tap every other watering or so.

thanks for the rundown on the ffof bro...i think i will use it this run in the tent this next run as well as with these when they are ready....i mean idk how much comes in a bag of ffof but it shouldnt take many to fill up 20 or so 3 gallon growbags huh?
i'll be putting like 2-3 inches of chunky perlite in the bottom of the growbags for better drainage this time...or maybe i wont need it with this ffof?
i want to have it pretty much dialed before these seeds are ready to flip,that way they have a happy life.i want the best posible environment for them so we can see what they will do in as close to optimal conditions as i can get it.
Karma...how will they with feeding do you know?ya think they will be some heavy feeders with all the indy in the genetics?wont be a problem i buy 5 gallon jugs of everything,so theres plenty of nutes for them around here bro...just wondering if when they are ready for feeding(i know thats a while away still bro) will they want alot or...also how many tops is best for her,and what node do you start topping her?i know my FFA does the best at the 4th node but the cheese does better the sooner ya start toppin her like 5 inches or so...thanks in advance homie.

The Happy Brother cut loves it nutes. It's feeding can be the same as with those cali kushes.
As for the topping, they need it for shure. Just clean out the lower growth when she goes in flower. Otherwise she produces a lot of popcorn bud down there.

right on brotha Karma.i'll top her up nice yo.and i always take the bottom off it aint even worth the time or energy of most strains,rather have them concentrate on whats up top .plus its like a safe haven for bugs and other bad things...air movement and all that.
i will be sure to let her feed as much as she wants.
