Had a nitrogen defeciency. Ran out of veg formula. Got some more and foliar sprayed. Also gave them some to drink.

I'm deciding if I'm going to flip the light tonight or allow them to recover first. I'm thinking flip the light and they'll be fine.

How tall are they? A pic would be nice to get a better idea how they are doing. I flipped mine, GC and OG on Jan 1. 60 days from clone 25" to 33" tall.

Well, there's been a change of plan(ts).

The S99 X Chem DD I was loving sooo much all popped out balls galore on me. I hadn't started to flower them, but I am vegging under the HPS and I think that's what may have done it. Also, my humidity was way low for about a week. I'm thinking since it was from seed, it had enough in her to produce buds, but the hermie trait was in her and she turned into a boy. Even the clone I kept in veg looks to be a male now. Should I scrap her?

Unfortunatley, 13 of my plants were S99 X Chem DD and had to be removed. So I took the 6 Dabney Blue that were under my 250 vegging and gave them a new home. I still needed 7. I looked around. So now I'm flowering:

2 Mass. Super Skunk
8 Dabney Blue (1 mom)
2 Duth Passion Orange Bud
1 Black Indica
1 Bog Sour Bubble BX3
1 Blue J X Bog Bubblegum
1 Toxic Lemon
4 "X" Cheese (1 mom)
2 The White (1 mom)

And 3 more plants. I'll get back to you, lol. They may be a few more of strains already listed. I believe I listed all strain I'm gonna flower. Here's some shot. They've been veggin about 10 days...

I put smaller plants in the middle. Kept the larger on the sides for now. Trying to get them little suckers bigger.

So sad they all turned male, i ordered some chem DD i never try this kind befor....

Glad to see some orange bud, for years i did't heard about orange bud, good to see she still been cultivated.

Wish u the best for the following steps...

I have two cabinets running off one 6" Elicent inline.

The first cabinet. A C-13 with a 250 in it.

Filtered air enter the cabinet through the bottom.

The cabinet.

3971Ehaustouttop.JPG

And it is exhausted through the top. I cut a 6" hole and used an elbow out. I added a damper to the elbow so that I can control the flow of air in the cabinet. I can shut airflow off completly when not in use. This duct comes out and runs behind the other cabinet tying in. I'm getting ahead of myself. Here is the duct leaving the C-13 and heading behind the larger cabinet.

3971Ductfromsmall.JPG

It runs behind the larger cabinet.

3971ductrunbehind.JPG

And T's into the duct run coming out of the larger cabinet containing the 600.

3971smallrunTbigrun.JPG

Here is the penetration on the larger cabinet I built. Notice the handle? That is also an air damper allowing me to fine tune the airflow. I can easily find a perfect balance for both cabinets and maximize efficiency.

3971penetrationlarge.JPG

Here it is tying into my fan. I use my fan to suck air. I do this so that any air leaks will be SUCKING in air from the room the cabinets sit in. NOT BLOWING STANK air everywhere. I work with these types of blowers in my trade often and the are horses. They seldom break and can be used however you need to use em.

3971intofan.JPG

I took the cushion off a chair I seen on the curb and laid my scrubber on top. Not blocking any airflow. I rest it right underneath my A/C so that in the summer, the hot air is immediately removed and I seperated it as you see here. It makes a huge difference as most all of the hot air is sucked in through the return and cooled. Also, the A/C's temperature sensor that controls the thermostat generally operates off what temperature is coming out of my ducts. Mountain Aire scrubber. Expensive. Works.

Here is the intake setup on the 600 cabinet. It was specially designed and took alot of thought. I ended up stacking 3 accordian doors that were cut, assembled in opposite directions, painted black on the inside. These are also filtered using the same monopleated 20X20X1 filters shown earlier.

3971Intakebig.JPG

Here is what the intakes look like on the inside. They do not leak ANY light whatsoever.

3971intakeinside.JPG

Here is where the air is sucked out of. I also sealed the hood with glass.

3971airleaves.JPG

I attach the other end to a piece of 6" flex and that leaves the cabinet into the elbow down, T ing into the rest as shown earlier.

3971exhauseinside.JPG

That was for all you interested in my ventilation setup. I take pride in it as I have adapted to my surroundings well. I like the fact I can cool two cabinets with one fan. This is currently my pride and joy, but it is nothing compared to what you will see in the future from me...

I'm also proud of this. It cost me whatever the Slimboyzz 6 X 24w fixture. The vented shelf was free from work. Scored it from a job it was junk. Garbage bags, nylon ties, tape was all scored from work as well. I had 2 PC fans and alway have a bunch of 12V DC "power packs" on hand. Check it...

This is it closed. It is light proof and also has a filtered intake.

3971vegclosed.JPG

Here is the intake. A little setup with some filter material for good measure.

3971vegintakefilter.JPG

Here she is opened up. The top has the Slimboyzz 6 X 24w. And the bottom is simply 2 24 watt floro strips.

3971vegopen.JPG

This is the exhaust. It's mounted with zip ties. Simple and very effective.

3971simpleexhaust.JPG

This is the other fan. I tension mounted it with zip ties at just the right level. It works perfectly giving them the right breeze they need.

3971fansetupinside.JPG

Here is the bottom shelf with some SSH seedlings. Behind them you can see the intake penetration on the inside...

3971bottomSSH.JPG

Here's what the tops doing. Moms and some cuts.

3971topmomscuts.JPG

These small fans are all that is need to keep the plants happy and temps good. My ambient temperature in the room is 70F.

I can lower temperature in the room and affect the temps in the boxes.

I can adjust dampers and affect the temperature in the cabinets AND the balance of airflow in each cabinet. Therefore I can adjust temp in one cabinet and not the other.

I can remove heat with the A/C.

I can add heat with the house's heating system.

I can add humidity with the ultrasonic cool misters.

I can remove humidity with a dehumidifier. (never needed, but have it)

I love playing God in my room!

Thanks for the heads-up. You put a lot of time into your hobby. Budding mad scientist there. You gave me some good ideas for my clone cabinet, Thanks. I was thinking of converting an out door rubbermaid shed.
How about some pics of the how the crop is doing.

hey ART, nice lookin setup you got going. What brand of fluoro is that your using on the top shelf for veg? It looks like its no wider than 3 ft. I can't find them anywhere like that? Please enlighten me. Or anyone else know where to get a short fluoro for mothers and clones?

I've been taking a pic everyday after the change in light schedule. They are getting healthier and healthier every day. They have overcome the N deficiency and are back on track. I'll post those pics in a few days.
