Kinda embarrassing putting this picture up, being that she looks so beat up from an accidental nute burn and some overheating problems, but I might as well for the sake of keeping this thread well decorated...

Additionally; if you really want to go there, lol. The lites are waaaay to far away from the plant tops considering they are air cooled and the ducting has too much bend adding to duct friction, less efficent cooling. No reflective material adjacent to the grow sides, (cept the bloom shot) it lets lite escape into the parts of the room where there aren't plants! Odor/pest control? not visible so maybe... all in all a bad scene, no matter what errors it had; sorry to hear it.
dragor- dont sweat the pic man. says alot about your character when your willing to show the bad with the good. we have all seen your other grows, we know you got it goin on!!!!!cant wait to try someadat. notice major diff's between the chemist and moemist yet?

subrob - that was really kind of you to say that brotha - this is the first time in all of my growing years that I have dealt with such a huge shock to a plant, quite nerve wrecking to say the least, but having my IC comrades here to help has been priceless... I got a bit ahead of myself with some crazy ideas I had conjured for maximizing yield lol =P
there are some similarities between the Chemist & MoeMists so far... the major one being the wide internodes and mega stretch (coming from Kali) - otherwise they are quite different in smell (Chemist has a sweet chemical stank, Moemists have a tropical spicey hazey mood-elevating stink), the Moe's have a "rounded" tight nodular shape to their clusters (Kali pheno) vs the Chemist (more of a "running" calyx style, less organized, more loosely bound) - and lastly, the Moe's are hogs when it comes to feeding, but the Chemist is ultra sensitive to the slightest overfeeding (wish I knew this beforehand).. this weekend they will get their much needed PK booster shot on day 33 that will put them into overdrive I hope and give the Mists what they need to stack up the calyxes... and then another PK boost at 50 days expected harvest time on all of them is between 65-70 days.
What were your observations on the Moemist you grew out earlier this year? Heavy feeder? High yielder? Seems the backcrossing that joe did with his Kali mom came out very dominant in all the offspring
I consider you an expert in judging the strengths and weakness of a strain and can't wait to get your cannaisseur opinions on all these strains

Vantranist - I haven't seen that cut in any of the clubs, seems it's one of those elite clone-only's from Mendo county, and if you read sub's edit, it's not Grape Ape, it's Mendo Purps - check out the Norcal dispensaries, not sure if it's even around SoCal anymore... build some reputation and get your post count up is my first suggestion to you - and also my friend, looks aren't everything - don't fall for the hype, find the medicine that WORKS for you before you go hunting for something... peace

This is a medicinal marijuana forum my friend - you are growing to sell on the street (looks are what matters)? You'll smoke stress? Don't have time to build rep? Obviously you don't have any interest in sharing valuable knowledge... We are a group of people interested in the medicinal properties of the strains we grow, we pick our strains (sativa vs indica) based on our varied experiences from the past... please go elsewhere for you "hunting", thanks

120 pages isn't that bad for all the useful info, wisdom and experience contained within them. It was just the other day one of the more prominent members took the time to read its entirety and seemed to be stoked.

That's the thing with having a variety of strains in the garden, and running them for the first time, you feed them all the same, test them out and spontaneously one is bound to react unfavorably...
Were you on vacation when the light poisoning happened or something?

Can't blame the light poison episode on vcacation, my nursery was too full so none of the babys were getting real strong light...then I transitioned them under my 600w hps and hit them with 18 hours of full intensity HID. The sad thing is my friend did something similar about a year ago and I didnt learn even after that

Damn GT - sounds like something I would do too LOL, glad to hear your intelligence and understanding of plant's needs came to the rescue! That's what growing is all about, dealing with the challenges and learning from mistakes (sometimes it needs to be first-hand haha )....
Actually when I think about it - I think that damn CMH light I put them all under after transitioning from T5's was what set off the burn reaction on my Chemist... plus the overfeed -> I am still trying to figure out what the real benefits of CMH are... to this day... nothing positive, maybe someone here who's used it can give some insight...
