ps. The big-ass Zamal is still going, I'm going to take it as far as the weather permits. However, now all I have to smoke is Sativas and sat-doms...which have their time and place, and I'm sure a lot of peple would love to have that problem...but my meds are usually indica/indica dom.

I bet you have good tactics to fight the monkeys off by now, I would hate to have to deal with monkeys you are a brave man! Hey seven, nice of you to drop in. I think I have the monkeys under control.
I didn't have any real problems with bugs, neem etc. worked pretty well. A little bit of mould but only around 5% or something.

Thanks for the compliments, I hope we can have a happy ending to my 2008 guerilla grow show.

Zamal x Skunk. Smells great, like tropical fruits.













I noticed that her buds are turning purple, but the bud leaves aren't.
The Indica Satori (which I only got 2-3 smokes of before it was destroyed) had the opposite: dark purple leaves but green buds.

Just back from my wake-and-bake. Had a small blunt of Satori.
No more burping needed of the satori buds, they're ready to start curing.

cd: thanks...and she smells wicked too The sample buds should dry enough to test today. Will post some pics.

esbe: its over except for the Zamal x Skunk special from FMS. I just checked the trichs and there are still some clear, but some milky. I want to take it in maybe a month?, if conditions permit.

Its getting cold here and there should be some nice colours. I haven't had the chance to grow such a sativa plant before and I want to see how far I can take it.

Thanks 5LG...I had to trim them really quickly, by the time that they're ready the buds should be purple and more photogenic.

Wow...I had a small blunt of satori in the morning and it lasted me until noon...then I had another small blunt of the Zamal, about 5 minutes ago. Very different feeling.
I'll hold off from doing a smoke report until cured, but I think I like this Zamal x Skunk cross.

Seeing as you liked the idea of rocks for thermal mass outdoors, thought I'd show you this link when I found it. Water is the best thermal mass. Perhaps you could collect some rain with a tarpaulin and make a few of these. For those late girls.

Thanks guys, I finally have some bud to smoke! I still wish I had the Hashberry and the Snow White buds...not to mention that the indica pheno Satori was possibly the best smoke, even with no cure, that I've smoked, let alone grown. Not that the sativa pheno is bad...but that indica "bat" pheno was nearly perfect...oh well

Speaking of growing, I had a look at the spot I did last years Top44. Where the holes/buckets were, the weeds in those spots were triple the size of the usual.
Been scouting for some more plots for next year, I think I'm going to be a lot more hands-off next season, and only visit once every 1-2 months, and feed em chem nutes.
Of course I still plan to use the mountain plot too.
