I have some mylar, but it wasn't enough to cover the whole closet plus it was flat white inside so I never bothered to use it. Do you have to redo the mylar like once a year cause it gets dirty and torn? I like the effect of the mylar anyway, makes it look like you got double the plants :rasta:

Murderapolis: Whats your budget for seeds? I know seedbay runs Nirvana specials on the weekends, get like 4 packs for 80 and 6 for a hundred. Do you have a safe addy to send them to? Gotta have a safe addy...
I would think most strains would fill out a 3x3 scrog with 2-4 plants, it's just a matter of vegging them long enough and knowing how much they'll stretch. Generally, you probably want to veg them until they fill out the screen and then flip to 12/12. If they're real stretchers you probably want to flip to 12/12 before they fill out the screen.
When you say 'stay under low' do you mean keeping your wattage at a reasonable level to not attract attention? I would think you can definitely run 1-2k without any attention, a desktop computer can draw 400 or more watts, electric heaters can draw 750+.
Getting cuttings and seeds from icmaggers is definitely possible but you would have to build up your posts and probably start a grow diary before people feel safe sending stuff to you: we're all about the love here but safety is number 1... :joint:

nice roots. looks like the roots i had on the clones i had to toss. i took cuts and couple days later noticed bugs in veg room. neemed em good and no sign of more bugs, but when i came back to my rooted clones i was reminded that they were taken from bug ridden plants (2+ weeks in hum. dome no air movement, these fuckers were thriving) and all clones were tossed... i suppose i shoulda tossed them right away it woulda been easier (emotionally) than tossing fully rooted clones lol

Yeah Im going to go get a new ballast when I have time tomorrow. I have a Sunlight Supply Switchable Ballasts Sunsystem 6... Its pretty fuckin big and heavy... Its pretty cool having the hydroponic store 15 mins away. I dont want to go in there too much so they get know me by face. But I think of spending around $100-150 on seeds. Yeah I have an addy I can send to. That was one of the first things I set up before buying all the serious lights, timers, ect... Im looking to post here soon of my virgin grow, but was being sarcastic when I said buying cuttings off the internet (hahaha I guess you cant pick that up if you're just reading it)
Bababooey I read that you have some Superstar! I wass looking at buying some off of Seedbay.com you need to tell me how that goes for ya. I was looking at buying another HPS ballast and hood setup so I can run a full 12/12 in one part and wait about 4 weeks to veg some new ones under the switchable ballast so they can take a 400MH Veg then switch to the HPS. So when section 2 is ready for harvest i just put the plants in from part 1 into 2 then start a new veg and bloom in section one until part 2 is ready... so on and so on... Im pretty stoned and just gott off of work so stay with me. Im planning on a mother room too... BIG plans!!!! I know... but I want to have about 90% of everything before I go into it. I just take pride in what Im doing and what im going to grow. Let me know what you think... Ill work on the posts here so I can start PM'n.... Later

O also what about FIM and how would that fill out a screen? Ive been looking at plants and it looks like there would be more bud sites in the screen... Would superstar take a good topping or FIM?

Just spent my off hours the last three days reading this monster....WELL WORTH IT.....and Damn...We got HTC in the house...Sweet big ups to Bub and PS420 ( just was talking to BM about the SW auction..love your style) been watching and learning from you for a while, just stayed in the shadows, never run your gear, but love the way yous guys do it. :D

Little background on me...Born here, moved to the desert..yea but it is a dry heat...."I dont give a shit, it is still hot"..lol :D But is sure is beautiful 8 months a year....Then to the dirty dirty...Loved it...But medical reasons left me no choice to come back home..

Not to be negative, but my free lovin, help anyone, spread the seed free kind a guy, just aint got no love for the MURDA name...before I found this thread 4 days ago I came up with MACK Middle American Cultivar Krew...or something like that...I see that was an option, but didnt see the words for the acronym.

It a community thing, and I aint gonna quit loving the peeps for a name tho...So that is all I will ever say about it.

Got this one tagged, and will be in and out forever now....Keep fighting the good fight my good people, and keep those thumbs green.

Don't let the name fool ya. The midwest vibe is strong here. Is there a thread for MACK? I had looked around for one in the past and couldn't find one. Are MACK members more from the lower part of the midwest as it seems the majority of MURDA members are from the northern midwest.

Anyhoo, welcome aboard and hoping you guys become lucky number 13, although the med restrictions seemed a bit limited. Has there been any proposed change to that?

Nope dont see much of the Juicy Fruit Thai around my area, but i do see lots of other goodies that hit my area :), Huckleberry (blueberry clone), ak47, sensi star, dumpster, G13 crosses, bubblegum, and a whole lot more out here these days and jus keeps on getting better :joint:

All good buddy and yep, Me n Bub are from the lovely midwest :), glad ya dig what HTC is about and doing, also glad ya have been learning alot from us and hope it comes in handy for ya :muahaha:

midwest here, theres more than corn.... 150 watt hps personal grows, current strains are nirvanas papaya, blue mystic, nl x haze.. bagseeds from some in state "white widow"... soon to come jack the ripper from tga and joey weed mix
