If a trial is simply botched, or if new crucial elements appear that justifies a re-trial, that should be possible.

That way, OJ would have been re-trialed and condemned for the crime he did commit.

it's either the lottery system (who's gonna pop his cherry) for him in the prison general population or he resigns himself to solitary confinement which is 23 hrs a day lockdown with one hour out for excercise alone in the yard.

I can only hope that they put him in a maximum security facility (for his own protection~hehehe) as they don't have any 'in between' of the scenarios I presented above, it's one or the other.......
