Sorry for butting in, but:

core: I was at a bar and noticed it behind the counter. I ask the 'tender for a glass. When it comes into contact with water, it goes from clear to milky white.
It tastes alright, and I only 2 glasses (I think), and certainly wasn't drunk, but for the life of me, I can't remember a thing after finishing the first glass.

So...I'm impartial I guess.

I would say it takes approximately 30 days for them seeds to become ripe & viable, could take little longer, or they could can before, only time will tell.....
