I dont mean Western as in western hemisphere, I mean Western as in political. You cant be in the EU with the death penalty, Canada, the Uk dont have it, so that just leaves the USA as the only "Western" nation on that list.

this is what I am shocked at to tell you the truth *the most* in this situation....I had a situation where some fucker with a gun wanted to shoot some mother fuc..er.......and I hit his ass with a jump kick in the head....he fell...the gun flew out his hand.....and after that I beat the shit out of him with my legs

the cops came and said I did the right thing....don't know aht would have happened to me in America...but in my Eastern European country.....they were saying *good job bro*.....and *should have kicked his ass even more*

First off: the US is the LAST DEVELOPED WESTERN country to enforce the death penalty. It even uses it as a political tool in Puerto Rico, where the constitution prohibits the death penalty, by way of pre-empting local courts and sentencing people to death on Puertorican soil for crimes committed in Puertorican jurisdiction.

Second: I believe in punishment for violent crime, but death isn't punishment... Specially to someone like this wich OBVIOUSLY would NOT understand that he was being put down.

Third: This is fucked up big time.....

Fourth: No one helped because of the mass effect. In theory, the more people are around an event, the less people will react. People (contrary to what you're told at your therapist) aren't all "unique and individual", rather, we are just uber-evolved pack animals. We react to the cues of those around us, be it for style tips, or weather to stop a murder or not.

There are MANY documented cases (including a recent one with an old man being run down) of people looking the other way, saying "i thought someone else would do something". But no one ever does... That's why I don't trust the old "crowd protection" shit.

i would like to add though, that cutting up a human body is just like butchering any other animal. Once you get past the fact that it was a living thing, you're just dismantling some messy frame and padding.

To this day, i still can't prepare/cook/eat a whole pig, or have a pigs head at my table, even though my favorite part to eat is the cheek!

This tragic event is just one more good reason never to ride a bus. I would rather fly Al-Qaeda Airlines or be locked in the same room with Paris Hilton and Amy Winehouse while they work with subatomic particals than to ever ride a bus.


I also can't believe that none of the other passengers did nothing to help that kid. All one must do is drive-by your local bus station to see the quality of customers Greyhound caters too. Let's all just sit here drink soda pop, eat potato chips, and smoke crack while this guy stabs this kid 50-60 times and then chops his head-off! What a bunch of fucking losers.
