GDS's 200 Clone C99 SOG!

Ok once more im back for another update. I'm coming up on harvest time for the oldest girlies which will be on july 6th. That will mark the 55th day for them and after closely observing some of the pics that i recently had taken i can see a few amber on them as of today so i think in about a week they should be ready for the chop.

I have a few pics that i'd like you guys to judge. I have some close ups of the resin and i want to know if you guys see enough amber for me to harvest now or wait 1-2weeks.

But first though is a picture of one of my C99xPapaya girls.

After getting completely baked off of a nug i cut 3 days ago, i'm thinking i'm gonna chop some of them tomorrow. I'll let a couple others go for another few days but i like how the high was today. Any further and i usually go into a wierd realm and i always regret going there.

Buds look awesome, you'll have some killer smoke for a long time.... im impressed man.

I used to run 200 clones vegged for about a week under 2 1k hps and a 400 so 2400w total, it was a pretty bad setup.

What I used to do was get the small rubbermaid containers, about 2 ft by 3 ft about 10 inches deep, and stick 8 or 10 clones in them, holes drilled in the bottom. That setup worked awesome man...

I am very interested in your yield, you really have a nice setup. About 2 or 3 months I will be setting up another show.

I used to get between 8 to 12 grams per clone, running white rhino and a little skunk. However that was vegged for 7 days after the clones were rooted... you should get similiar results. I used to keep the lights as close as possible so they could really fatten up bro. I used to get between 3 to 4 pounds consistenly. Ran it about 3 times then shut it down.

Next run, grab a rubber maid container, and toss 8 or 10 in there, check out the results. I used to give each container a gallon of water every other day, but I don't think they were that rootbound just had high temps, likw 80 to 85.

Sorry to ramble bro, just remembering the old grow... not sure if you were around for og but I had a grow diary over there with the setup....

Lol whats up bro?! Aight i'm trusting you on this one, there gonna get chopped on the 6th. Yeah though i really hope i can avoid that realm bro it always makes me stop smoking for like a day or two,lol. My friends always laugh but certain bud does that to me! They have started there flush for 1 week now, today they get there last watering and they'll get chopped on Sunday, so i'm hoping this was enough time for them to be adequately flushed!

Hey Cobain! First i'd like to think you for stopping by my grow and second its great to here that this sort of setup is being done more often than i had thought. I wish there were more grows like this around for me to learn from but hopefully if they dont arise, i'll do enough for people to learn from.

I'm not expecting as much as you was getting because i know what this pheno is capable of and with Co2 the most i could see her getting in soil is about 12 grams, so on average i'm looking for about 5 grams per clone.

I like the idea of the rubbermaid containers but i would do more like about 50-60 per containter thats if were thinking about the same size container?! I really think i should drop my light a little closer to them but i need to get the first batch out first. After they are done i can then focus the light on the girls that's left so i'll drop it about a foot.

I was hoping for maybe 2lbs but with the strains i have coming up i know anywhere from 4-8 is possible, especially with Co2! I wish i was around in the OG days i could've learned alot but there's a plethra of info here and even though i wasnt around in the OG days, this is my OG!

Thanks bro, they do get pretty frosty and they have a great high but this girl is getting retired after this grow! Gonna keep a bonsai mother of her because i think she is an awesome breeding strain! She can take just about anything you can throw at her not to mention the stellar high.

Gonna give some new stuff a try hope they dont disappoint.

I like the way this looks I wonder how it would yield if the clones had been rooted a little bit more and then perhaps lollypopped a little.
Some of your plants seem to have stretched without much bud to show for it - I've had that myself with insufficiently rooted clones.
Whenever I make sure that I've got a good rootball before flowering I've been rewarded, no matter how large the plants were.

Lol dont worry bro i know what you mean about describing taste! Lol sometimes i'm so baked when i'm finished smoking i cant even remember what it tasted like.

You are absolutely correct and the problem was a combination of those 2 things. I had a few that yielded very well though so i think it had something to do with the strength of the clone and its root mass. Others that werent as big and healthy didnt do as well but from what i took down yesterday, they looked really good.

Out of 34 clones i chopped yesterday my wet weight was 2.3 lbs which i always divide by 4 so i'm thinking of a number like 4 -5 ounces after i take all the stems out.

If that's representative and you end up around 0.6 g/W then it's pretty good and you're already on the right track - especially when there are improvements you already know you can make pretty easily.
You might have a yielder on your hands if you're lucky it responds well to being more established.

I'm thinking i'll have more like 1.2 or 1.3 g/w after they are all chopped. If the total weight is 2 lbs then that will be over 1g/w. I know i could get her too yield as little better but not as good as some of the other strains i have coming up right now so she's gonna stick around for stash only until i can get more C99 to find a better yielding mother then she's outta here.

Next round i'll see more like 2 g/w with Co2 and Atomic NL, my C99xpapaya and Pomello! They are all very nice yielding and i see 8 grams per clone minimum on my C99xpapaya every time i do them, so i should easily be able to beef her up to 10-15 gpc!

Lol were more alike then i had imagined lol. I like flavor so much some time i roll a blunt and just suck on it without lighting it, to inhale the scent and flavor a couple of times before i light it.

Dont worry though i'll keep this greenery machine going for sho brother. Bigger and better with much bigger colas for sure! But i got about another 170 that need to get the chop and they wont be ready until about the 25th of july and that'll be 65 days for them. I chopped these at 53 days so i'll see the difference when the rest finish.
