But the focus at hand is our STATE LAWS are not being followed. The Federal Government has there hands full. Why are they picking on poor little pot smokers/growers in California that are medically allowed by state to do so?

" Mr President there seems to be people out in California making fortune of money off of Marijuana in California" Now the only way to Decipher that they are making hand over fist. Is Income Taxes. Now if these people had anything to hide do you think they would file taxes? Can the Government say what ever the fuck they want regarding Government Files? Fuck yeah and seen it many of times. Yes our politicians are fucking lyers. No Santa is not real. nk:

So in respects to these young gentlemen. They just had the " Balls " to follow their dream. Owning there own Business, and maybe in the music industry ( after watching the video i wouldn't hold my breath on Music.) And you have to give them respect for that!? Right!? Ok well i do.


Now lets say the Federal government abolishes all law against MARIJUANA. Lets just say it is now legal in US of A to smoke MARIJUANA anywhere you want except where no smoking is prohibited. You can grow as many plants in the wild, breed, seeds, hemp oil... wait. Oil? For a Vehicle you ask? yes. What else? Hemp can also make Paper, Clothing ( which would of killed the Cotton Industry in the 30's). Now if Marijuana can create all these items that we use most daily and are a valuable resource. Why is it still illegal after we have this evidence before our hands?

Its illegal because of MONEY. This green stuff as well.. good old fucking money. Use to be gold, and silver. at one point in some points in the world salt and other daily minerals you could not obtain easily.

Now the funny thing is our Government can make this money with a machine now..!! Wait! Wait.. lets back up..... Gold and silver come from Caves that take 1000,s of years to produce. And once its gone its gone?!?!

But all i have to do is press this button and boom! I got sheets of money where i can get anything i want for this Paper??? How weird. So he who has more paper has more power?

So now our Great U S OF A has now threw so much money in to our economy and system. It has made it worthless! in the 60's you could by a brand new porch for USA 5,000$ . Now we are talking what... 70 G's? that's 14!!! x (times) more expensive now than back in the 60's... Get my drift?


And it seems more like the power to the 60's. The 60's era power of 100. So every time it multiplies its ten times more! every year it just gets double as worse as the last.... decade.... Century..... 1000 years etc........ i can make an equation of algebra for you if you like. ( that was a dorky joke i know but i really can)


So ok we have legal weed. Our government no longer be giving out money for government related things on criminal justification against marijuana of any sort. This means no more to Police stations, to the city, to the state. So they loose out on Billions if not Trillions of money in the long run. Marijuana, Traffic, and domestic violence are probably there best money making things. Especially DUI's. Take out 1 of those equations and you only have 2/3rds of the people to arrest. Which in essence means only 2/3rds of the money they use to get. (Ruff over view its probably way higher than 1/3rd of the police stations money considering Narcotics Task Force Helicopter searches and other equipment used to get GROWERS>))) OK you get the freaking point! haha

So that's on a state wide how will it effect our federal government. Wont that give them more money to spend on other things like health care, or war? You would think fucking so hu? No this is not the case. We are too busy trying to " Save the world" to be concerned about that pffff. But hmmmm wait... Marijuana is actually a Medical Value? Out of all the things i mention this might be the most significant..... Migraines ( Can help you sleep it off and or Kill it), Appetite ( Dying Cancer patients in Chemo, Aids patients in the later state of there condition, Anorexia, Mainers Disease the list goes on), Possible Antidepressant and definitely anxiety relieve . Who controls this FDA? Do you think the drug companies " Donate" to politicians? Do you think they expect them to bend over for them because of these big donations that probably got them elected? Besides the FDA, we have the DEA that it effects. And we all know that reason.

So wait wait Wait. ( HIT THE BRAKES). Ok you are saying that it can be used as medication. And some of these anti nausea medications can cost 200 bucks a month let alone antidepressants and Migraine medication..........

So if i could souly just use Marijuana for all 3 of these ailments i would be cutting out all that medication i would have to take? Yes. Would those companies loose money on that? In time yes. People would figure it out if it was legal. And you can grow this in your ground?.... Yes




OK one last thing Mr SCF. Why is Alcohol Legal and Marijuana not?

Very good question. My idea is that back in the depression Miller and Budweiser had a lot to do with getting our economy back on track. They where a HUGE profit-er back then in which of course they gave back to their country because with out our country they had no business or American life. Now. I believe a lot of key Politicians where bought off by Anheuser Bush and probably miller to Make Marijuana illegal because it took away from there profits. Plus it kept the Mexicans away ( big reason why, after the Mexican American War it was made illegal.). After that its all history from money ..... just follow the money trail people....

for those who dont know, NORML sued the SANDIEGO COUNTY to make it mandatory for them to impose MMJ ID CARDS and LOST...

DEA) asking her to come out and irradicate the problem.. shortly after all the clubs were shut down bonnie filed suit against state of california trying to over turn 215...after countless months of spending every tuesday at the citycouncil we basically gave up..

Inflation
- so not only does it effect the cost of the car, but also how much the company now has to pay to its employees, etc.

so yeah in 40 years a porche may be 5+million dollars, but its not going to just drive on the road anymore, it will probably be able to fly, process data 100 times faster than a top of the line computer today, etc etc.

Money. That is ultimatly what brought this down on L. They were flashing it EVERYWHERE in town. Shoot, L bought a $180.000 Benz 3 months before he got busted. Funny thing was, the cops took it, but gave it back. He still has it.
They calculated that he made upwards of 9 mill in 2 years. He also changed the business status of the CHC to Non-Profit, but stated his pay was $13,000/month.
The feds just were not having it.

The clubs in the Bay are MUCH more quiet about their operations. You never hear of what they make or things they buy.

SCF hit it on the head. There are TOO many big money opponents of MMJ. I should say too many federal MMJ opponents. Here in Cali, most folks don't really care and would perfer it if it was just legal and Feds worked on the HUGE meth issue in the state.

I'd be surprised if SCF hadn't mentioned this already, but I'm starting to think the best way to avoid getting busted in CA is to run your business such that it is or appears to be worth very little in assets. Check the statistics for asset seizure, they make way too damn much money doing it and throw a good piece of it into perpetuating these kinds of busts. The DEA has the ability to essentially steal everything you own from you if you run a dispensary and if you make it look like it's worth their while to do just that you should not be surprised when it happens.

Everyone else has been saying fly low. I think it'd be just as effective to run your business such that the US government can't get any profit past your car and furniture for arresting you, either by donating as much as possible to charity or simply putting your assets in a place the US can't get them.
