Dr J. I just wanted to write you because i know you are looking down so proud of us right now. How far America has come. I know you are watching closely big guy~ I have come so far thanks to you. you have helped me out so much and you know this. I feel your presence and think of you at the most kaotic times of my life. Thank you Dr. J. Today i miss you more than i have in a long time. I was able to talk with you about anything.

My life has gone through so many changes since then. I have taken every last bit of your advice. And years later i am finally some what on the road to recovery mentally.... Still fighting it but i miss you bud...... You are missed so much down here.... See you in my dreams Dr. Jay. Every time i see that bluebird singing to me... i know .....
