No purple pheno.This is my first run with it so I'm no expert.It has some brilliant purple stems,though.Getting very close to harvest time.Day 64.Everything is looking right,getting real frosty.I just keep telling myself a couple more days,a couple more days.The plant that I harvested a few days ago is drying quickly.Maybe too quick.This rainy weather should help.Next time I'll have some pics and maybe a mini smoke report.This is the one that was harvested.

Man i was so temped to go with Blue cheese, skywalker is already a blueberry cross tho so i figured id go with something different. Can't yah to see how this one turns out, those ladies look amazing

Hey everyone.I have not had much time to post lately,sorry.Well now to get down to it.Everything was harvested on day 70,just like CocktailFrank said 5 weeks ago.This was some resiny stuff.I got about .75 gram of sisscor hash that smells nice,like fruity candy.Here are some pics right before they got the chop.

As far as the smoke goes I guess I'm a little disappointed.After tasting the quick-dry samples I thought this was going to taste great right from the start.Suprise,it does not.It has not been long enough for a real report but it does get you very stoned.I feel it instantly behind my eyes.They get very heavy and sort of tunnel vision.I fell like I've had a labotomy for a few minutes after a bong session.Brain fuction not quite right,but in a good way,lol.More to come as it gets a cure on.I will leave you with some Amish haze and some clones.

PhillyPride,Red-Nine,Queso45,statictattoo,vintner,m@rg Thanks for stopping by.Don't get me wrong,it's not like it tastes like dirt or anything.I just had unrealistic hopes.I think with any cure,let alone a long one, it will taste good.Right now every hit has a different taste.Hints of this and that.Only two plants are dry now the others still have a week or so.Hopefully one or two will stand out and become mothers.Still have to see whats what.

I don't think you had unrealistic hopes. One of the main selling points of the strain is the taste, so you have every right to be disapointed in it. Not that you're "disapointed" overall, but I thought it would have a very strong good taste. I have had some strains that I didn't even want to smoke a few weeks after the chop because they just didn't have much taste, and I'm all about taste, but after a couple months were some of the better tasting smokes I've had. But honestly, I love the strains that taste good right off the vine. Just dry enough to smoke and already tasting dank, you know you have a winner. Maybe one of the ones that havn't dried yet will have the taste.
I grew a strain called Calyxxx awhile back. All the pheno's looked pretty much the same, high was very similar, but only one plant had a good taste. And it was a great taste. Tasted just as good at the last hit as it did with the first hit. Unfortunately I lost the mom, but I'm hoping you get one of those. If not, you know where to find some great tasting strains for free.
Whether you end up finding a keeper or not, from everything I've seen, you've given them every opportunity to shine. You did a fantastic job, and I'm glad you are honest with us about your opinion. But time will tell, just don't smoke all of it before you let some of it cure up good,lol. I'm sure you puff all day while you're plowing the fields and feeding the chickens and such, but take it easy on the smoke, ya hear?
BTW, maybe I missed it, but what are you gonna run next?

I hear ya Red ,But I did have unrealistic expectations.It is getting better everyday.The smell and the taste.I don't want anyone to think its nasty or anything.I smoked the first ounce before it was even dry,really.Never even made it into a jar.The high on the other hand is just what I was looking for.I have been smoking the shit out of it.Probaly about three ounces so far.I just can't control myself 
Bong after bong after bong.Then I find myself doing crazy shit.I painted my bathroom and about a third of the way through I'm like what am I doing.I guess it was a good idea at the time.I also found myself outside trimming shrubs around the house.I was laughing at myself holding some pruners next to a giant pile of clippings wondering why I started this any way.It is like sleep walking,stoned walking more is like it,lol.Here are some pics.
